Ordering was easy.
They had exactly what I wanted at a good price.

The purchasing of the shoes was uneventful, But what made this experience exceptional was the post delivery email checking if I'd recieved the shoes.
The shoes are comfortable, fit well. The white ones are prettier than I was expecting.
Overall an unexpected great experience.

The return policy is not clearly stated on the website. It will cost you as much as a pair of the shoes to return any you order (restocking fees + shipping) and the company will 'offer' to send an additional pair, letting you keep the first pair(s), if you pay for 'premium shipping'. I will not do business with them again.

I ordered this product on June 22 and still have not received my order. After the first month of going back and forth with customer service they sent out a new pair. A month later I am still having the same issues.

These shoes are shipped from China. They "kindly" offered me a replacement pair. Now they are offering a small gesture of 15% off my next pair. Next pair?! I haven't even received the product to rate them. Why would I ever order another pair when I can't even get my first order?

They will NOT give refunds. I would be very careful ordering from this business.

These shoes are the most comfortable pair of shoes I've ever worn in my life! I was skeptical at first but as soon as I got them and put them on, I knew that I made a good choice. I like them so much I ordered 3 more pairs so I will never be without them. I also convinced my husband, who is a huge skeptic, to try some. I ordered him a pair and I'm excited to see how he likes them. I rarely write reviews because most of the time products are what I expected and are good but not worth raving over. These shoes are absolutely worth trying and I tell everyone how great they are.

I love my shoes. The first pair that were sent got lost in customs in Los Angeles and the staff opening investigation and sent me a new order which arrived today they were really polite and helpful and professional.

Drop shipments from China. The website is designed to trick you into thinking everything is USA. Awful shipping, horrible customer service. They make their money in restocking fees. These are $10 Chinese plastic shoes.

I am 79 years old and over the last few years I have experienced foot, knee and hip pain. I recently started PT and the Physical Therapist recommended Bright Footwear which is what he wears. It has only been a couple of weeks but I feel the difference and recommend them with no hesitation.

I bought these shoes because I thought they were made in the USA but after they had not arrived, 2 weeks later, I discovered they were made and shipped from China. After a MONTH, they finally arrived, by then I had found another pair of shoes but I was not allowed to cancel my order. After they arrived I was told I had to pay $8.50 for EACH pair and $4.75 PER accessory (so much for their advertised "Free 30 day refund." All in all I feel like I was scammed from this company. I found their advertising misleading and I will try to let as many people know, as possible, so they do not also have to deal with the run around.

I broke several bones from my knee all the way down including My tibia, heel and ankle. So needless to say I have a rod in my tibia and plates and pins in my heel and ankle. I am usually barefoot in the summer but going barefoot wasn't good enough to help with my recovery so I ordered these barefoot shoes. I just got them yesterday and they have made a world of difference. The customer service was exceptional as I was waiting for there arrival. I put them on and could tell the difference immediately. I am actually walking somewhat normal with a cane instead of a walker. There is just enough support without being too tight which was the problem with my other shoes (when I could even get them on). Plus when your foot is swollen these shoes are so easy to get into. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.

More deceptive ads. Sorry not necessarily deceptive, but well worded. Let’s call it a lie by omission. FOB China so maybe just maybe 5-10 business days after shipping. Customs delays, delays after customs release, you know the drill. If these show up better than $10 coolie shoes from the 80’s I will be impressed.

I purchased the BOGO offer for the barefoot shoes. They are wonderful! The shipping was longer than expected but Bright Footwear sent an email apologizing for the delay. I believe their products are shipped from Japan.

I found these shoes online and ordered them quickly, for me anyway. My size was originally out of stock. They located some pretty fast and sent them. My only complaint is that it took 2 weeks to get them. I love how they fit and my feet aren't quite as sore when I get out of my 10 hour shift. I think im walking better too.

I was super excited about my shoes coming. The tracking system was not very helpful. They came and I'm happy..my feet are happy!!!

I ordered 1 pair of shoes but there was a confirm purchase button for a second pair at a discount that I clicked on so I got billed for two pairs of shoes. I emailed them immediately stating I only wanted one pair but was told it was too late to cancel as order was processed. Very bad customer service. Then I received several emails that my shipment was being delayed. I am totally unhappy about the whole experience and just want my order canceled. I need to dispute charges with my credit card company as this is predatory practice by not letting customer cancel order right after placing order and then adding insult to injury by getting billed for two shoes when I only wanted one.

Be cautious with this site as they are unforgiving if you click on confirm buttons for other offers as this happens right after the billing information is entered and you will get billed for something that you didn't want. Also it will take weeks before even getting your product as I found out from other reviews. Buyer beware.

Horrible. Shoes too tight. Poor customer service. Wanted to charge restock fee. Run away & try peak if you want this type of shoe…

Run, don't walk away from this company. They were slow to send their products. When I got them, they are small for their size and won't fit. I contacted them for a return (supposed to be free returns). Now they want me to pay $14.95 (each pair) for ones that fit and I can keep the undersized ones. Or I can pay to have them shipped back, pay a restocking fee AND $4.75 accessories fee.

This is my 2nd pair of Bright Footwear. I've been satisfied with both pair. I'm comparing them with another brand I've purchased, and I can't decide if one is better than the other. No regrets. Expect about a month for delivery. I had the same experience with the other brand.

I have twins and my one son absolutely love these shoes

I love the shoes, they run a little small in sizing. Should've ordered a half size up.
