Ordered multicolour festoon lights. Took longer to arrive but did arrive. However one hook broken so can’t hang them properly. Emailed via website and directly also tried ringing multiple times and just get cut off. Wish I had read the reviews first!

Send broken adaptor for fairy light and ask to send replacement several times and no response yet

On the Etsy site I ordered 2 sets of small lights due to arrive on Nov 30th. They haven’t arrived and as an elderly person I’m finding it exceedingly difficult to get help with my order be it from your company or Etsy itself. I feel really let down.

Placed order October 27, apart from confirmation e-mail nothing since. No reply to emails, phone calls. Keep hoping item will turn up but of nothing this week then I will be taking steps to recover cost

I placed an order over 10 days ago. Didn't receive any email confirmation. Have tried emailing and calling their customer service team but had no response. Phone number on their website has an answer phone message providing a new phone number. New phone number has an automated message saying you cant leave a message and should call back.

Ordered LED strips from here twice and despite the website being a bit temperamental regarding logging in/creating an account, I’ve generally had no issues at all with the products I’ve received (LED strips, connectors, controller, power supply etc).

All items have worked as intended, and so far zero issues with any failing, so so far haven’t needed any after sales service.

Purchased a set of 60mm deck lights which look superb and are of good quality, so much so that I purchased another two sets a couple of days after but unfortunately these two sets were not compatable with the original set (different fittings)
Despite 4 emails 2 telephone calls and a personal visit to their place of business which gives the appearance of being unoccupied I am still waiting for someone to speak to me because surprisingly I still want to purchase another of the original sets.

I ordered some LED strip lights from Bright Lightz. The website says the order should arrive in 1-2 days. My order took 8 days to arrive. The lights then worked initially but stopped working after about a day. I have repeatedly tried to contact them via phone and email for the last 2 months to try and resolve this but haven't been successful. I don't they have answered the phone once! I am now £51 out of pocket because of this scam company. Disgraceful.

I ordered 10 Transformers from Bright Lightz. They had still not arrived by 19th April. I initially tried to contacted them by telephone but no answer so emailed . Sean emailed me back and informed me it was delivered on the 05th April but I had not received it. He immediately investigated further and offered to either refund me in full or get them delivered again. I opted for the delivery again and I am pleased to say they arrived earlier today. Thank you Sean for your prompt attention and professionalism. A very good outcome. I will order again from you :)

I cannot speak highly enough of Bright Lightz, I had a problem with a product which was sorted by Shaun and an upgraded replacement sent to me within a few days. All in all great lighting products, excellent comms and professional after sales service. Would not hesitate to use this company again.

Purchased Rope~light in September which has now failed have made numerous phone call and left messages but no response, sent email outlining detail but sill no response have now phoned again on a "NEW" number no reply and you can not even leave a message ~ RESOLVED - after posting review they sent a replacement!

This company is does not respond to any communications - phone, email or contact form. Placed an order, which part shipped, even though they guaranteed next day delivery (did not say anything was out of stock). When the order finally turned up 3 days later, the incorrect goods were shipped and they will not respond AT ALL to correct the issue. They have taken my money for incorrect goods and ran.

Been trying to get hold of this company as a fault has occurred with the LED rope lights
Still no reply, waste of time

I've received wrong items.
Question: Why?
When called no answer then left a message and no reply since.
Sent emails and guess what, no reply since.

Stay away from them it's my recommendation

Update on my review posted to trustpilot, the good news is that the matter has been resolved. It appears that the problem is acknowledged by Brightlihgtz to have been their fault, I have today spoken to Shaun and he has arranged for this matter to be brought to a satisfactory conclusion. However one of my problems was trying to contact Brightlightz and I am sure that could I have spoken to a member of staff this could have been dealt with in a more timely fashion. As a result of a satisfactory conclusion I am happy that I can reverse my criticism and thank Shaun for his excellent help.

Love Brightlightz this is the second purchase I have from them for an outdoor rope light. They are helpful have a good range of high quality products and are very well priced. I will definitely be purchasing from them again

Avoid at all costs. Appealing customer service and they have no shame in taking your money with no intention of delivering the goods within the time frame they promise on their website. Have had to escalate complaint to financial services ombudsman. STEER CLEAR.

The order was fulfilled very promptly unfortunately there was a small mix up.

It took a little while for the seller to get back to me but once they did I couldn’t have asked for better service.

I’ve been fully refunded, thank you.

Bought some 60mm deck lights to replace existing faulty ones from a different supplier. The quality of these new lights is superb with very solid casings and strong cabling with great quality connectors. The price is excellent and delivery was quick with excellent packaging. A query was resolved immediately and so I can thoroughly recommend this company
