We'd wanted to put a rope light around our garden and looked at what was available. We found a couple of different options and read the reviews and decided to go with this 25m rope light. It was easy enough to attach along the top of the fence with screw in clips every 50cm, but it did take a bit of time to attach 50 clips ! Really pleased and looks stunning !

These patio lights are fantastic, they really brighten our garden. Recommended for professional and amateur landscapers.

We bought a set off led’s to re do a merry Christmas sign. Was pleased with them . We have now measured 3 sides of our bungalow and we ordered 3 lengths of led’s having worked out there routes for fixing to the facia board. I will attach them next month to the facia board with a timer in readiness for Christmas coming. They will be spectacular as we live on a corner . The service from us ordering to receiving them has been first class and the build quality is very high standard. Bright lights are a very good company to deal with and will recommend them to all my friends who are after led strip lighting.

I ordered a new rope light off Bright Lightz for my shed roof as the old one was looking old and tatty. Bright Lightz kept me up to date on its arrival and it did arrive very promptly and it works perfectly and really lights up my garden at night. I’m particularly impressed by the different sequences you can have on it as my old one didn’t have that option. Perfect for if I want a rave in my garden 🤣. Thanks Bright Lightz 👍.

I ordered 10 brushed chrome LED's by mistake...should have been white. The wife was not best pleased! I sent an Email to amend the order but the brushed chrome units arrived before my request was seen, due it being Bank Holiday weekend. I decided to use the lights to replace the halogen lights which were fitted in our veranda 10 years ago. What a difference they made...BrightLightz also sent a discount voucher for my next purchase. Brilliant customer service and products.

Bought 30 led garden lights, excellent quality and great value for money in my opinion as lots of other lights I’ve bought were just average. My dog chewed the led controller I contacted company and a gentleman by the name of Shaun replied the same day and sourced the replacement at a more than reasonable cost. Definitely recommend and will use again. Andy C

Just bought my second 20metre length of these lights after the first set failed one week after the guarantee ran out! The originals had been on every night for at least 4 hours and were great, I tried contacting the company to replicate the order but got no response so I took a punt and ordered another set, no communication nor confirmation of my order but they arrived quickly and appear to be excellent.
The originals were just mounted around my pergola with a synthetic tack, I am going to try to mount this set in a tight conduit with a strong slim double sided tape to try to give them some weather protection. Happy to reorder these as the originals were good quality, hopefully they only failed because of wet weather penetration.

Many years ago a friend who runs a wedding venue near Monmouth recommended Brightlightz to me. We’d been talking about his spotlights, and he said that he had found Brightlightz to be fast, efficient, pleasant to deal with, and good value. Ever since then I’ve bought all my spotlight bulbs from the firm, and my experience has been exactly the same as my friend’s. On the only two occasions when a bulb was faulty, the firm replaced it. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

I have used Bright Lightz for remote controlled strip lights. The service, and lights are very good. I have had some issues with the 'remote dimmer boxes' either not working on receipt or failing after a day or two. These faulty boxes have always been replaced with out any hassle and within 2 days.

I have been using Brightlightz as my exclusive source of LED GU10 downlighters since 2012. I have a great many ceiling downlights at home and they are all using LED GU10s supplied by Brightlightz. The main batch of more than 50 spots which I fitted with their GU10s back in 2012 are mostly still going strong, and they are used every single day. So after over 8 years, probably 75% or more of the original GU10s are still operating, which is fantastic. Any time I have ordered more lights from Brightlightz, including very recently, they have been delivered in the time agreed and I have never had any problems with delivery or quality of product.

A really excellent company to deal with. I had ordered an Original 1227 Anglepoise Lamp that I knew from their website was on back-order but they kept me regularly informed of its imminent delivery and when it did arrive I was thrilled. Well packaged and exactly what I was looking for and at the best price I could find.

I ordered some multifunction rope lights. We did have a slight issue that only one was sent out originally but the service to rectify it has been excellent.

I ordered some lights from this company and paid next working day delivery, I paid for these and the delivery on Wednesday and should of had them Thursday yesterday, with no delivery sent out. I haven’t revived a dispatch email or a confirmation email either. And when trying to get hood of this company their number ha changed so tired to get hood of the other number they use but keeps going to voicemail. STAY WELL AWAY something isn’t right and now I have lost my money and can’t get back in touch for a refund not a happy customer!!
