We purchased some multi coloured rope lights from your company, and are very pleased with them, they look wonderful now we have them up, excellent value, there is only one small criticism and that is, we didn't hear any communication from you as to when our good would arrive

Product photos different to delivered , so adding lights to existing installation was not possible , need to rewire and throw original away. Web feedback does not work and there is no answer when you phone.

Finding the right rope lights at the length I needed (60m) was proving to be a pain! I was very happy and relieved when I found them at brightlightz.co.uk. My first point of contact was by email, and I had a response to my query within with the hour! My lights were well packaged and delivered within 2 days. Great quality bright lights! Thank you!!

Really easy to order and arrived quickly. I’m so pleased to have this warm light on the floor around the edge of my kitchen diner, makes it cosy for winter nights and in the summer I’ll put it outside for barbecues.

I have purchased several times from this seller for business and personal use. I have found the quality of goods outstanding and correspondence both fast and knowledgeable. Especially with the work related purchases that were more complicated, I was put on the right path rather than the more costly version. I even lost a remote 2 years later and it was replaced free of charge. You can't ask for better than that!

Really happy with the ropelight it's a great product and just what I wanted. The order process wasn't so good. When ordered I paid for next day delivery however it took over 4 days to arrive with no emails and no explanation and no refund of the extra delivery charges paid.....
In summary great product but not so great with communication

Purchased warm white rope lights to decorate a tree modern design this year they are fantastic , very good quality and options of lighting modes too . Excellent product,service ,price highly recommend .

Bad service. Only part of my order was delivered, which is impossible to reference as no invoice is given, but it was nothing complicated, and the full amount had been debited from my account. In trying to contact Bright Lightz through the telephone number given at the top of their website, there was no response except for the receiver to be lifted and replaced to end the call. I Tried for several days to make contact without success. Emailed the company, again no response. I finally instigated a ‘Payment Recovery’ claim through my bank. I finally received a full refund before the Bank finished its recovery process..Bright Lghitz are now involved in selling central heating radiators. I would suggest their focus is not on LED lights. There are other companies out there that give good service and are contactable. Could not recommend this company.

Prompt delivery and great value for money.

Ordered a 32M multicoloured rope light. My general experience was ok as a whole but communication could be greatly improved. I never received an email telling me when my item had been dispatched and when I contacted them I got a very blunt and unprofessional looking email back saying it would be delivered that day. It didn't arrive that day but 2 days later. If they had just told me it would come 2 days later I would have been fine with it. Apart from all that the rope light is the right length and works wonderfully.

i ordered several different sets of lights from Brightlightz and found the service i received was 1st class, i was kept informed of when my parcel was being delivered and it was on time, the order was complete and correct. i would recommend this company to my family and friends without hesitation

Super fast and easy to use website. Needed to replace LED power supply and remote that got lost in a move. It was helpful that i could order these separately and it was clear which ones to get. A little more expensive than the standard colour changing LED strips on ebay but the quality felt better and the LEDs are more intense.

Totally excellent product and service at the right price. Initially solar rope light failed but after contacting Brightlightz, replacements were sent and are exactly as described and work perfectly. Thank you Shaun. First class.

We bought lights last Christmas which stopped working after 10 days. After contacting Brightlightz they offered a replacement which never materialised.

We contacted them again on more than one occasion, each time them offering a replacement. As these also never materialised we have requested a refund and have since stopped getting replies from Brightlightz.

Awful product and even worse customer service. I would avoid like the plague, and also be suspicious of a company who don’t have a phone number on their website and claim excellent trust pilot reviews however visiting trust pilot these show as average (very generous).

They had the rope light I wanted. Good price - fast service. It arrived in a couple of days. I had a question about the confirmation email, which they dealt with easily. Good to know you're buying from a small company who treat you as an individual.
