I purchased a bread maker from this website, and it turned out to be faulty from the very first use — it simply does not work.
I contacted customer support immediately after receiving the item, but received no response. After waiting 4 days, I sent another email, and still got absolutely no reply.

This level of customer service is completely unacceptable. Selling faulty products and then ignoring customers is not just unprofessional — it shows a complete lack of responsibility.
I now have no choice but to pursue a refund through the Small Claims Court.
I strongly do NOT recommend buying any appliances or products from this website. Save your money and avoid this company

Item arrived promptly and as described, very happy

Great price on item I wanted, but very slow dispatch and slow delivery. Ordered evening 4/1 Dispatched 10/1. Delivered by courier 16/1.

I placed my order on January 3rd, I still haven't received my product and I don't have any update on when it's going to be delivered.

Very poor communication about if/when package dispatched and when it could be expected. Otherwise, the product was fine.

I've had zero communication since ordering despite sending 2 emails and calling the shop..
8 days later I still don't know if my kettle will arrive

Ordered a kettle from them over a week ago. Assumed a day or two for delivery. Emailed me to say order shipped,I clicked email link, no shipping reference, no change in order status. No sign of delivery. No one answers the phone, Emailed them to find out what’s happening no response- black hole.
Avoid if you are ordering for delivery they’re all over the place. Maybe I’ll get my cup of tea in time for Christmas 🙄

It took five days beside the order was dispatched, and only after I called to check what the delay was.

No tracking provided on shipping, no response to email querying the shipping of the item.
