You don’t normally see reviews this high, especially in the Estate Agents industry.

Homesellers are definitely a credit to the industry.
We are in the process of buying a property through British Homesellers and, hopefully, nearly across the line.
What could only be described as a challenging purchase, they have skilfully navigated around the situation. The professional service they have provided has been able to keep this purchase on track.
Everyone I dealt with from British Homesellers has been a credit to their company.
A big thank you to Molly, who helped with negotiations of the purchase, and then it was past to Charles, who has been a fantastic, very intelligent person? Who wants the best for everybody?

British homesellers were brilliant!! I was sceptical at first as this isn’t a well known estate agent in my area so was a little nervous as a first time buyer but they helped with any questions i had and also keep me updated the whole way through. I would definitely consider using them if we ever decide to sell.

The whole process was handled very professionally and made easy for me. The communication I had with Alex Clendon throughout the buying process was great and he was very helpful in addressing any queries i had promptly. I was pleased with my experience with British Homesellers.

I was the buyer,
so I only had to contact British homesellers on a few occasions.
But each time, they dealt with my query straight away.
The sale of the flat went through very quickly.

William, your reply paragraph 2 is totally untrue. The 2 longest phone conversations were on day 1 and day 3. I spent most of the time talking about my mentality hopping your staff would listen carefully and be extra helpful to me but your staff have been very stressful and very damaging to me. The only conversational call to confirm the answer to my question was 13 days later followed by the very bad news that someone had made an offer.
From day 1, day 3 and day 10 when I asked the same question with no answer.
As I said at the beginning of this review it took your company 13 days to come back to the answer to my question. If you came back within 24hrs, then I could of made a few offers to protect buying this property. So it is 100% your fault that I have lost this property because of your very unreliable service and slow response to my question. Service, reliability and trust was 100% better in the olden days long before we had technology. Technology has caused more harm than good to so many people. Life will never be as good ever again. I can't make it any clearer than that. I am still struggling to sleep and eat because of the damage you've caused my mental health due to brain damage of which you clearly don’t care and never will care.

The team were great from the start and spoke me through the process of buying my first home and made it as easy and stress free as possible, easily contactable. Molly was great and explained everything throughout the process and answered any questions I had quickly and efficiently.

I was a little dubious when I saw a property I was interest in with a non local agent but my feelings where quashed when getting to deal with Alex and Charles. They weren't pushy and definitely wanted to help both sides move things forward.
I don't sell houses but if I ever need to I wouldn't pass them up for a local agent and would be happy to see them as the listed agent for another house I like the look of.

I have had my property on the market with British Homesellers now for 3 weeks and have had 0 viewings and 0 generated interest!
I will write another review if anything changes over the coming weeks but so far disappointing.

I was really happy with Robert, Alex and Charles.
Recently we have get the key's to our new home.
Took some time due seller's issues but the team form British Homesellers was always on top with all info and emails.

British homesellers sold me my flat recently, and I cannot fault them. Their communication was excellent; when they said they would contact me, they were very prompt and kept me informed every step of the way. Everything was dealt with quickly and kindly, nothing was too much trouble. I have to give a particular shout out to Alex, as he literally went above and beyond to make the whole transaction as easy for me as possible. I would definitely recommend them.

As someone trying to scale their portfolio , I am dealing with a lot of estate agents. My experience with British home sellers was outstanding. Alex&Charles were very helpful. Communication with them was excellent. your call is answered or returned and response to your email with actual answers. They were informative at every contact and efficiently facilitated my purchase. This transaction is my quickest purchase so far and they played a role in making that happen.

British homesellers were the estate agents for the home we were purchasing. As estate agents go they were amazing unlike our agents. There communication was second to none. Regularly phoning and emails. They were in contact with us, the sellers the solicitors and our estate agents. If we were ever crazy enough to move again I would definitely engage this company. Special mention should go to Alex Clendon whom smoothed out the many wrinkles that our chain encountered.

I had a great experience with British Home Sellers while buying my new house. Their communication was spot on throughout the process — always responsive and keeping me well informed. They were proactive in chasing everything up and even helped resolve a few issues along the way. Most importantly, they pushed hard to ensure the sale completed before the April stamp duty hike, which made a big difference. I’d definitely recommend them to others – really professional and reliable service.

What a brilliant service….I always assumed a local “on your doorstep” agents would bring a more personal service but Alex and Charles proved me so wrong. At every step, both Alex and Charles went above and beyond to provide an excellent service with care and dedication throughout. Charles’ knowledge and skill ensured that any issues we faced were dealt with carefully and effectively! Wasted time with selling. Do NOT recommend. Poor communication from assigned manager- no updates or answers in the last 3 weeks.
My request to withdraw was addressed after this review, therefore amended rating from 1 to 3 stars.
