Mistake buying a shirt in a BB store. My mistake, maybe I was distracted, or a seller mistake, since I was clearly looking only for no iron shirts. No matter who was wrong, at the end I bought an iron one.
What really matters is that I asked BB customer service for a restore and I found a professional, dedicated and open assistance. You can check the value of a firm when you need help, and BB have been super!!! Thank you so much

Reimbursement is painful
Great product, great support on phone but receiving half of the reimbursement quickly (good service) and waiting more than 2 weeks for the second part it's annoying.
I've bought 2 shirts and sent them back, still waiting for the reimbursement.
PS. I've bought same both again on the right size.

As I said, the quality of your shirts have come down. It now seems that you are manufacturing shirts especially for your sales ! Not left over from previous collections.
