I received fantastic customer support today from Brooks. I raised an issue with them this morning regarding a pair of Adrenaline gts and the issue was resolved with a few emails.

Suite à un souci de déchirure de la toile de ma paire de chaussure, le SAV BROOKS m'a parfaitement écouté et a pris en charge très rapidement ma demande.
Je recommande cette marque aussi bien pour la qualité du matériel que pour celle de leur SAV.

The shoes are great - worn them for many hundreds of miles, but the customer service sets them apart. Engaged, helpful and empathetic staff make me want to always use this brand. Well done and thank you

Goede schoenen en goede return policy termijn (niet gebruikt), wel handig met grote schoenmaat en niet in de winkel kunnen passen.

Das "Brooks Running Customer Service" Team hat mir sofort und unkompliziert geholfen.
Die Kommunikation war absolut problemlos und es wurde auf ein jedes Mail sofort geantwortet.
Ich habe mich allzeit sehr gut beraten und betreut gefühlt.

I bought a pair of trainers from their…
I bought a pair of trainers from their online store in November, which i didnt receive. I asked for a refund and was assured by Jessica i would be refunded asap. I waited over a month and still no refund. Jessica again assured me this was being taken care of...still nothing. After a third email, Jessica said she would refund manually, but still nothing...in the end i had to do a chargeback on my credit card to reclaim my money.
Terrible customer service. I certainly wont be shopping with them again.

Ich habe vor gut einem Jahr zum Geburtstag Brooks Ghost 16 bekommen. Leider hatten diese einen Materialfehler und ich könnte sie nicht benutzen... Sie lagen dann warm und trocken im Schrank... Jetzt kurz vor einem RUN habe ich mich entschieden nachzufragen ob eine Reklamation oder Umtausch möglich wäre - Brooks Kundenservice hat innerhalb eines Werktags alles mit mir abgeklärt und mir eine Erstattung der Schuhe gegeben. Natürlich habe ich jegliche Beweise etc vorgelegt aber es ging so schnell so freundlich so kulant - das ich nur jeden Jogger/Runner diese Marke empfehlen kann sie kümmern sich extrem gut um ihre Kunden!

Got a pair of white leather brooks through brooks customer service who listened carefully of my needs then recommended the pair for me. It exactly fits my needs - light, comfortable, stylish, functional with city walking and jogging.

I bought some running shoes direct from Brooks. They do a no fuss 90 day refund if you don't get on with them. I have had two pairs of other Brooks running shoes and they were mostly fine but this pair I had problems with. I returned them to Brooks (FREE) and had a full refund next day. That is good customer service and I am happy to use Brooks running again.

J’ai contacté Brook pour un problème sur mes Chaussure, au bout de très peu de kilomètres, la Chaussure s’est déchirée de chaque côté du mesh au bout de 300 km. Mon dossier a été géré rapidement et j’ai eu un SAV pour le changement des chaussures, je suis ravi.

I have been wearing Brooks for many years from the years of marathons and feature runs to my suburban circuits and trails I tend to do these days. No lower leg issues while wearing them. However recently I had an issue with a new pair of runners - a defect. Brooks took a look at the issue via images and replaced these with a new pair. Thats real class!

Ho inviato l'esame baropodometrico (del mio piede in fase statica e dinamica) a Brooks, che mi ha fornito in brevissimo tempo indicazioni sulla scarpa adatta per me. Spero che il consiglio sia azzeccato.

Sul sito compare un pop-up che pubblicizza uno sconto del 20%; successivamente ho scoperto che la promozione era valida solo sull’abbigliamento e non sulle scarpe, quindi riconosco l’errore iniziale.
Il vero problema, però, è stato il servizio clienti: risposte poco chiare, automatiche e completamente prive di empatia. Mi è stato suggerito di procedere comunque con l’ordine per poi modificarlo, ma una volta effettuato l’acquisto l’ordine non era né modificabile né annullabile. L’unica “soluzione” proposta è stata il reso, con perdita di tempo per il rimborso.
Anche davanti a una situazione eccezionale, l’assistenza si è limitata a risposte standard, senza alcun reale tentativo di venire incontro al cliente. Nessuna flessibilità, nessuna comprensione. Davvero deludente.

Cancelled my order for no reason. I fully believe this is discrimination and racism. I used a discount code now when trying to place a new order it does not work. Avoid them and go elsewhere many better brands.
