I'm very happy with my order! I contacted the costumer service first when I wasn't sure what size would be ideal, and they were very helpful, and the size fit perfectly! Also, they solved my issue with the courier very quickly, and I recieved my boots straightaway after.

I love these but I had to pay for postage to mine and then for their return. They came up as a very narrow fit. Even when I removed the very comfy insoles they were still too narrow. I ordered the largest size so was disappointed and don’t think I’ll order again as it wasn’t a very customer user friendly experience.

Quick delivery. Perfectly packaged. Love the boots. Great fit, great style. A previous purchase was returned with no quibble and quick refund. I recommend the products and the company and approve their ethical stance.

I ordered the Iva trainer twice as the first pair was too small and unfortunately the second pair is too small as well. Delivery was fast at least but unfortunate that I have had to pay £10 now in shipping the shoes back!

The actual trainers / leisure shoes are great.. b.soleful have brilliant designs and I have good taste too.. what a perfect match!
Would have received 5* but there was a bit of a palava regarding the delivery and process. Communication needed to a lot better re the delivery and where it was left. I had to find the shoes and waited a while to receive the purchase. Otherwise, brilliant product(s) and the customer service to rectify the issue was good too 👍🏼.
