I like the look of the trainers

Customer Service and quality
I ordered a pair of boots. I was very happy as they arrived within a couple of days. Unfortunately they were faulty so I emailed b.soulful and they replied instantly saying to return them and they would give 20% of the next pair due to the inconvenience. Unfortunately they didn't have the same pair in stock so they recommended others and after a couple more emails they have now sent me a different pair to try. Absolutely amazing promt replies. Well done customer service.

Great company & quality of shoes
Great company & quality of shoes. Second purchase. This pair of shoes did have a slight flaw and therefore I had to return them but I really rate the company as a whole.

Refund not received!! Brought two pairs one pair didn’t fit
Brought two pairs one pair didn’t fit, got a different style for the second pair and they did fit. I brought these on recommendation. I still haven’t received my refund even though they received my parcel on the 3rd November. Hence the two stars!

Disappointing returns aren’t free
Boots arrived quickly and they were good quality. However, because the boots on the website aren’t modelled on a person it was hard to know what they’d look like on until I received them. Unfortunately the style didn’t look right when on, so now I have to pay for the return as they do not do free returns which I don’t think is fair. Having boots modelled on a person on a website gives a better indication of how far they come up, how they fit around the ankle/calf etc.
