I ordered 2 pairs of shoes on October 3rd. I received one pair but the second pair has still not arrived. I have e mailed the company twice but no response. The tracking information has not been updated. Very poor communication. Please have the decency to update your customers.

No tracking service. Ordered 2 pairs of shoes and only one has turned up. I don’t know what’s happened with the 2nd pair as no notification of any delay?

I was madly in love with one of your shoes. I bought them but something during the transportation went wrong and they have returned. I went to the transportation office and said the name of the street was wrong and it is NOT wrong.

It’s the 3rd pair of trainers I’ve purchased from b.soleful. They are really comfortable & look good with jeans,dresses or trousers , I’ve had many compliments & friends have purchased from you too. Delivery is also fast . Very happy with the product and service.

Really quick delivery, item was exactly as described, stunning boots. My only complaint (and I don't think this lies with b.soleful themselves) is that the tracking information on the Shop app didn't update so I wasn't aware they have been despatched/delivered. Other than that, a lovely experience and great product.

I ordered my new trainers a week ago,which was easy enough but I've heard nothing since.No despatch message ,yet it says despatched in 3 days on the website.Ive send an email yesterday, so waiting to see if I get a response on Monday.

I’m really sorry have returned boots as trouble getting my foot in and also soles very slippery a shame as quality of boots good…now awaiting credit

No communication regarding delivery even though I tried to contact them via their online chat and also email. Then all of a sudden they cancelled my order, also with no communication and still no reason as to why. I am still waiting to receive the money back into my bank account. Will not use them again.

Not received my order yet. It's not great to send a survey when you are still waiting.

Previous purchase of b.soleful shoes trainers are great. Can't comment on waiting product I til I receive it.

My trainers arrived the next day which I wasn't expecting!

I had forgotten to add that I wanted my sandals delivered by next day delivery which was rectified straight away. A lot of goodwill from this company!
Lovely sandals an would buy from them again

Very pleased with my recent purchase.
These sandals are super comfy.
I sprained my ankle a week ago, so these sandals having adjustable straps is perfect for my current situation.
The inside of the sandal wis well cushioned.
As a new customer I got a discount, sale price was £30 (reduced from £90), I paid £27 and that included delivery![
Will definitely be returning to this website.

Unfortunately the front strap of the the "unluxe" sandals was too wide and as there was no way of tightening them, they were not suitable and have been returned. The sandals themselves were really soft leather. Fantastic customer service - the refund was processed immediately.

Order placed on 28th July - it’s now 7th August, despite money being taken immediately have heard nothing - even after messaging and emailing company . Order remains marked unfulfilled despite website stating orders are fulfilled within 3 days. No other way of contacting the company
