I have sent a parcel retuning the item and the tracking number is showing the parcel was accepted by the seller but they have not refund the money, I am waiting two months for the refund but they not replaying the emails or contacting back with any information for the ongoing return.

The site was easy to use. The shoes were delivered on time.
I had to return them though as they didn’t sit right

Love the sandals, not good at emails when item is out for delivery so you do not know when they are going to arrive.

The shoe hasn’t been trimmed where the upper mid arch, reason why I know this is because cutting into me.
I felt it by hand and can feel and see the trim isn’t flush. Going to have to return them. Which is annoying as there’s no guarantee i’ll get a refund. .., what it says on your website. Very dissatisfied with service. This is the 2nd time i’m buying the same shoes. I love them.

Still no confirmation of the order being dispatched despite it being now over 1 week since I placed it online. I'm worried that my money has been taken and I will not receive the sandals. Can't recommend this company as a result.

Lovely trainers soft leather but unfortunately had to return them one was white one had a yellowish cast on them maybe it was a display item but really noticeable so disappointed hope you get some more in as they were last one in my size

I love these trainers. My third pair. So comfortable and look great with jeans or dresses. Walked all around Lisbon, very hilly and hot and no blisters!! Ordering is super easy and delivery was super fast. I have no hesitation recommending B.Soleful.

This is the second pair of trainers I've ordered. To be honest they are the most confortable shoes I've ever worn.

The trainers are very well made and were delivered really quickly. Great value too. I just wish they came in half sizes.

Website easy to use and delivery quick and efficient. The silver leather sandals were lovely and of good quality but they just weren't right for my feet. Was very disappointed.

I have yet to receive the shoes. The last email i received said I would be contacted when the shoes were out for delivery - I have not received any email like this.

I bought a pair of the Rocker sandals. They look nice, but not sure if they’re worth £65. Soles are really comfortable and the leather straps are soft. However, the leather is very thin and feel a bit flimsy. Got two cuts from rubbing against the seams near the straps buckles after wearing them out for the day. (The materials of the seams appear to be fishing string rather than threads, hence the cuts).

I have heard nothing since my order was confirmed.

Easy to order shoes. Quick delivery. Sadly shoes were too small and needed to be returned. There was no returns form in parcel with shoes. I had to email and ask for one. As I don't hv a printer I had to rely on friend to print off. It was expensive to return shoes too.
