⁸Zeer slechte klantenservice. Ik lees gelijkaardige ervaringen over problemen met laattijdige levering, retourneren en terugbetaling. Bij mij hetzelfde. Ik heb mijn dossier ingediend bij de consumenten ombudsdienst en bij de FOD Economie omwille van niet naleven van het herroepingsrecht. Buchan heeft daarna gereageerd dat ze het nodige zullen doen, maar ik wacht opnieuw. Mijn bestelling was begin december en het dossier loopt nog. Ik ben normaal geen lastige klant die reviews nalaat, maar dit is echt niet ok qua business. Zo kan je niet fier zijn op je merk.

I never even got my clothes, I asked like 4 times to get in contact with support so I could fix the issue. Never got anything back, now here I am 3 months later with no order confirmation and no clothes..

Sometimes something goes wrong and then is it very much appreciated that there is someone at the service desk that understands you and manages to solve the issue immediately. Wish all online service desks would offer the same support as the team from Buchan.

Love the reversible jacket. The sizes are really odd, though. I have an XXS but usually wear an M. Look at the size charts closely!

Ik heb eind november twee fleeces besteld, waarvan ik er uiteindelijk één heb geretourneerd. Na de retour zoals gevraagd zelf te betalen, bleef de terugbetaling op zich wachten. Ondertussen heb ik de klantendienst al meerdere keren gecontacteerd, maar tot op heden (april!) heb ik nog steeds geen terugbetaling ontvangen.

De fleece zelf is wel van goede kwaliteit, daar heb ik opzich niet veel op aan te merken. Maar de klantenservice is echt ondermaats. In plaats van gewoon mijn geld terug te storten, kwamen ze eerst nog met voorstellen om met extra korting een nieuwe fleece te bestellen, terwijl ik meermaals aangaf dat ik gewoon mijn geld terug wil. Uiteindelijk kreeg ik gewoon geen antwoord meer terug en wacht ik ondertussen dus al meer dan vier maanden hierop.

I totally love the fit and design of the brown cow joggers, but function-wise I definitely prefer the normal joggers. I usually like to put stuff like my phone or airpods into the pockets, but with the cow joggers everything falls out and I can‘t trust them to keep anything. Moreover the toggel for the rubber band at the end of the pant leg works a lot better at the normal buchan joggers, at the cow joggers it doesn‘t really work and I had to tie a knot. Wouldn’t have been a big problem but the rubber band has snapped. Luckily, I can sew and fix it, but I do not get why buchan changed the pockets and especially the rubber band toggler.

Still love to buy at Buchan‘s, now I‘ve got an reversible fleece Jacket, normal joggers and the cow joggers, except for the upstanding points I can‘t complain, also great support service

Je recommande vivement cette marque ! Mon expérience a été excellente du début à la fin. J’ai commandé un ensemble de training et j’ai été très agréablement surprise par la qualité. Le tissu est épais, chaud et vraiment confortable.
Côté taille, les coupes sont super. J’ai pris du S et le rendu est oversize mais pas trop non plus, comme je le voulais.
Le service client est également top, rapide et accessible.
En résumé, que du positif. Je recommande !!

Ik heb eindelijk een merk gevonden wat perfect past en niet te groot valt aan mijn armen en wat niet te lang is aan mijn buik.
Dus voor de kleinere mensen is dit ook gewoon een TOP merk.

Eind vorig jaar een bestelling geplaatst. In januari aangekregen en meteen gepast. Helaas was deze te klein. Ik wou het retourformulier invullen maar hier waren problemen op de website. Meteen gemaild en ze ging dit doorgeven. Na 2 weken een update te vragen zeiden ze dat ik dit in een winkel mocht terugbrengen. Ingeleverd en zou binnen 14 dagen mijn geld terug ontvangen. Vorige week nog een update gevraagd en zou de dag erna in orde gebracht worden. We zijn nu 3 weken verder en heb mijn geld nog altijd niet terug. De mails blijven onbeantwoord. Proberen bellen maar dit telefoonnummer lijkt niet te werken. Absoluut niet te spreken hierover…

Heel vriendelijke en flexibele medewerkers, ze hebben me enorm geholpen met mijn bestelling in orde te brengen en ze zijn gemakkelijk bereikbaar via mail met snelle antwoorden.

Ik heb 2 pulls besteld. Ze mailen mij bijna direct dat deze niet in stock zijn. Ik zei oké, ik zal wachten tot ze weer in stock zijn, kreeg ik de dag erna een mail dat ze niet kunnen zeggen wanneer deze pulls terug beschikbaar zullen zijn, dus dat ik mogelijks lang zal moeten wachten. Ik zeg oké geen probleem dan wil ik gewoon mijn geld terug. Nu negeren ze mij al bijna een week.

Be careful when you buy from this store.

I bought jackets during their Valentine action and underneath it there was stated that you can return within 14 days so I ordered a couple pieces to try. What they do not warn you is that they were not eligible for return at all! it was only written shortly if you click further in the return policies. Now I lost 260 euro for jackets that didn’t fit me and my boyfriend. We were also absolutely not satisfied with the quality of the fabric for that price!! I tried to send them an email stating I still want to buy from them in the future if we can resolve it but they declined. This pisses me of greatly.

Product was great and the service was even better! I accidentally ordered 2 and they immediately got back to me, cancelling one of the fleeces I bought and refunding me. Customer support is very good!

Really great and kind customer service! I ordered the wrong size and they helped me very well to return the item!
One minor thingy was that I had to wait a day for each respond. But I get that they are very busy!

Bought the cargo bag in brow and beige for me and my mom and we both love it! Great quality. Also had a few questions about another order related to the shipping, and I had an answer form within a few hours.

DO NOT order products for delivery to the UK from Buchan. You will be charged customs admin charges and import duty and Buchan do not inform you of this during the purchase process. I ordered a fleece for my daughter in 2 different sizes as this qualified for 'free shipping', and stated 'taxes paid'. A returns envelope was included with the fleeces when they arrived. When I tried to make a return the website informed me that they do not accept returns from the UK as its outside Europe. I then received a letter from Fedex informing me that I owed import charges which totalled 40% of the purchase price. I had a long email exchange with Buchan during which the company admitted and stated clearly that their information is inaccurate, incomplete and misleading and that the situation is exactly as I stated above BUT they refused to reimburse the charges. 'Taxes paid' refers to Belgian taxes only and 'free shipping' does not include any import charges. DO NOT order from Buchan to the UK.
