From the initial customer service to helping us with design, the whole process was seamless and well-communicated. We felt up to date the whole time and kept in the loop.

We got custom Budgy Smugglers and cannot fault anything! The Budgy Smugglers team were so easy to contact, they are fast, responsive and very helpful. They assited with our custom design, back and forth liaising with me, constantly checking that the design is what we wanted or if something needed to be altered.
To Gussy and the whole team I didnt get to speak to THANK YOU! We appreciate the awesome outcome and are very happy. Cannot recommend enough

Really impressed with the custom smuggler design service. I uploaded a description and design concept to the website, the guys from the Budgy UK office took the concept and came back with the custom design and I was stoked with the result. Payment was simple / secure and throughout the entire process I got production update emails. Finally received the order for custom smugglers, bucket hat and gym towel and totally stoked with the items delivered, usual high quality I've come to expect from Budgy Smuggler and the production items are true to the design proof. Only possible improvement would be to offer the larger beach towel as a custom item too ;).

Great bit of kit! Can’t wait to pull them out at the Bucks and the Wedding. I think the Bride will get a bit of a shock when Eagle Rock comes in at the wedding and all the boys are wearing custom Budgies with her freshly married husbands face in them!

Very disappointed in the experience of getting custom budgies made. Communication was non existent. Had 6 weeks and still didn’t get them in time and had to be refunded. Terrible at replying to emails and calling back. Always in a ‘meeting’ when I called. For such a big company I was really disappointed in the whole experience.

The Budgy Team were great to work with but what helped this situation was the timeframe i allowed myself to get our custom order up and running. There were a couple of miscommunications at times but all went well in the end. From your patience and kindness in regards to vouchers and selling a small quantity of boy bottoms we have raised $620 towards our Pink Day Charity Melanoma Awareness Foundation. Our Kick for Cash that we are using a voucher for on the weekend as well will also raise a small amount of funds for the charity as well. Our A Graders have been parading them around over the weekend. Will send thru some pics of them after the weekend. Thanks been they look really great the pink design is the favorite. If we get enough orders for another run of budgys we will let you know. Regards Sandra
