We're sorry to hear about your experience and the disappointment caused by both the delivery delays and the condition of your adhesive.

Having reviewed your delivery, we can confirm that your order was dispatched as two parcels. Unfortunately, one parcel was incorrectly routed to another depot by the courier, resulting in the deliveries arriving separately. Our Customer Service team raised this with the courier and followed up to ensure the outstanding parcel was delivered. We apologise for the inconvenience this caused.

Regarding your concerns about the adhesive being partially cured, we're particularly concerned to hear this, as products should arrive in a suitable condition for use. We've checked our Customer Service records and haven't received any correspondence from you regarding the condition of the adhesive.

We would appreciate the opportunity to investigate this further. Please contact our Customer Service team with photographs of the affected tubs and details of the quantities impacted so we can review the issue and work towards a suitable resolution.

Hi Stephen,

We're sorry for the frustration and inconvenience caused by the cancellation of your order, particularly as you were working to a tight timeframe.

Unfortunately, after your order was placed, we were advised by our courier of delivery restrictions affecting your area, which meant we were unable to fulfil the delivery. We appreciate that this should ideally have been identified before your order was accepted, and apologise for the disruption this caused to your plans.

As confirmed in our email correspondence on 14th October, your order was refunded in full that same day, with the usual 3–5 working days allowed for the funds to appear in your account.

We understand your disappointment, especially when you then had to source the materials elsewhere at short notice, and we're sorry we couldn't fulfil your order on this occasion.
