Hi Stephen,
We're sorry for the frustration and inconvenience caused by the cancellation of your order, particularly as you were working to a tight timeframe.
Unfortunately, after your order was placed, we were advised by our courier of delivery restrictions affecting your area, which meant we were unable to fulfil the delivery. We appreciate that this should ideally have been identified before your order was accepted, and apologise for the disruption this caused to your plans.
As confirmed in our email correspondence on 14th October, your order was refunded in full that same day, with the usual 3–5 working days allowed for the funds to appear in your account.
We understand your disappointment, especially when you then had to source the materials elsewhere at short notice, and we're sorry we couldn't fulfil your order on this occasion.
Kind regards,
Emily

We understand how disappointing it is to have to chase updates, particularly when the information you've received has been inconsistent. You should be kept informed of any issues affecting your order, and we apologise that communication fell short on this occasion.
We take your comments seriously and will share your feedback with the relevant teams to review what went wrong.
Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and we're sorry for the inconvenience caused.

Ordered 4200 roof tiles roughly 600+ were broken, spent more than 6 hours of my time in and out the store trying to get a refund each time I was told to wait 2+ hours while they spoke to the manager upstairs this happened twice and spent hours chasing on the phone

We're sorry to hear about your experience and the frustration caused by the damaged roof tiles and the time spent trying to resolve the matter.
We understand that receiving damaged materials is disappointing, particularly on an order of this size, and appreciate the inconvenience this can cause to your project.
From reviewing the circumstances, we understand that you visited the branch directly to raise the issue rather than contacting our Customer Service team. While our branch colleagues did seek management assistance, we're sorry that the process took longer than expected and that you were left feeling you had to repeatedly chase a resolution.
We take your concerns seriously and would welcome the opportunity to review the matter further through our Customer Service team to ensure your outstanding concerns are properly addressed.
Kind regards,
Emily

We're very sorry for the inconvenience and frustration you've experienced with your order, particularly after having to contact us several times for updates.
Having investigated the issue, we can confirm that your parcel was unfortunately lost by the courier during transit. We appreciate that this should have been resolved sooner and apologise that you were left waiting for a clear answer.
