I had an excellent experience…
I had an excellent experience purchasing my shower, toilet, and bathroom accessories with the help of Maggie and Daniel at Builder Depot, Staples Corner. They were both incredibly helpful, professional, and knowledgeable about the products. They took the time to understand exactly what I needed, answered all my questions, and gave great advice without any pressure. Their patience, attention to detail, and willingness to go the extra mile made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. The products are excellent quality and the prices were very good too. Thank you, Maggie and Daniel, for your outstanding service. Highly recommended!

Delivery service price should be…
Delivery service price should be calculated based on overall yearly orders We forgot something in our main order and had to pay delivery 20gbp on order value of 19gbp even if our, all together. ordering was over 600gbp.

Thank you for your feedback and for raising this point. We understand how frustrating it can be to pay a separate delivery charge when an additional item is needed shortly after placing a larger order.
Our delivery charges are currently calculated on each individual order rather than a customer’s overall spend across multiple orders. However, we appreciate your suggestion regarding cumulative order value and will pass your feedback on to the relevant team for consideration.
Kind regards,
Emily

Resposta da Builder Depot
Hello,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback.
Having reviewed your order and the product information, we can confirm that the item you believe to be missing is a separate product that is available to purchase individually on our website. Unfortunately, it is not included as part of the item that you ordered.
We appreciate that the way matching products are displayed on a product page may have caused some confusion, and we are sorry if this led to any misunderstanding regarding what was included with your purchase. The additional item is displayed as a matching product and would need to be purchased separately.
We hope this helps to clarify the situation, and we apologise for any confusion or disappointment caused.
Kind regards,
Liam
Builders depot delivery
Delivery was tracked and made on time.
Even though one item had not been delivered it was shipped 2 days later and delivered. I was able to communicate with the driver which I found very helpful.
My only criticism is with the website where I feel it could be made more user friendly especially if items are missing or damaged from a delivery. Otherwise an excellent service!

Resposta da Builder Depot
Thank you for taking the time to share such detailed feedback. We’re pleased the delivery tracking and communication with the driver were helpful, and that the missing item was subsequently delivered.
We also appreciate your comments regarding the website and making it easier to report missing or damaged items. Feedback like this is valuable, and we’ll pass your suggestion on to the relevant team as we continue to improve the online experience.
Thank you for the 5-star review and for choosing Builder Depot.
Kind regards,
Emily
Placed an order payed extra for an am…
Placed an order payed extra for an am delivery, delivery didn’t arrive on the stated day after a lot of chasing and not a lot of help from customer service it turn up the next day!
Not what we payed for and most of a day wasted waiting around for a delivery that never turned up.
19 de setembro de 2026
Resposta da Builder Depot
We’re sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your delivery experience.
Having reviewed the order details, we would like to clarify that an AM delivery service was not selected or paid for on this order, and our records show that the delivery was completed on the scheduled delivery date.
We appreciate that there may have been some confusion around the expected delivery time, but we hope this helps to clarify the service booked and the delivery timeline.
Kind regards,
Emily
