If the products are good, the customer care and service are the icing on the cake! I purchased a gazebo thinking I could leave it out all year round. As Bulhawk mention on their website, that isn’t the case. So sadly, I ended up having to return it. Since it’s a large and heavy item, returns cost me a lot of money. Since I never even opened the box I can’t comment on the gazebo itself. However, Jon was brilliant from start to end and even went out of his way to send me courier links as I was so confused by the high prices. I have to say Jon’s kindness and support took the edge of the distress of losing that money. I actually even felt bad for such a great company losing out on the non-sale. So I promised myself that if I ever need a gazebo, it’s going to be from Bulhaw. I am
considering getting one in the near future for a different purpose. I wholeheartedly believe BH deserves my custom and can be trusted to take care of their customers. Kind regards, Zara.

Had a slight issue with the delivery of my gazebo, however Jon at Bulhawk was very helpful and apologetic. Great all round service and speedy resolution.

Very friendly team, both in Warehouse and Sales - Jon was happy to advise upon two options to create the variant we wanted over the standard gazebo, at a very fair price. Communications were excellent with delivery by UPS in 2 days. Well-designed with strong frame, canopy and sides, re-inforced at key points, and includes hold-down rings on canopy and sides. It is supplied with a good bag, pegs and ties. This is an exceptional product from great people at a very competitive price - thoroughly recommended.

After ordering my gazebo, it arrived within a couple of days, unfortunately, I'd ordered the wrong size, after getting in touch with Jon at Bulhawk Gazebos, who organised the collection of the gazebo and reordered the correct size gazebo for delivery, at my cost, this all happened within 5 days. I was really impressed with Bulhawk Gazebos communication, service and professionalism and would definitely recommend them x

Bought a Premium Plus 40 4m x 4m gazebo from Bulhawk. So refreshing to get a 5* customer experience. Communication was excellent from Jon and all issues dealt with professionally and promptly. Wholly recommend both the company and their product.

I can not recommend this company more highly, they go the extra mile and more! Their products are excellent and very good value for money, the quality and price make them affordable. They do what they say they will do, when they say they will do it!
The staff are really friendly and helpful! I got my gazebos on time and they look brilliant, especially the bespoke signage, which was not expensive!

Incredibly professional company who put their customers first every time, all the time.

I had a slight problem with damage to part of a gazebo I ordered that no doubt was caused by the delivery company yet Jon dealt with it immediately and sent out a replacement item.

Absolutely.Amazing company gave me lots of advice all through Christmas.When I had problems with condensation advised me not to leave it up for too long.However, we have actually left it up since November last year.It has withstood 90 mph storms.(
it is screwed down very well) And is the strongest made gazebo we've ever owned... it was an amazingly magical grotto seating 20 for Christmas dinner, We have used it as storage for building work since and are now about to use it for an annual garden party with another one beside it, Another plus is every part is replaceable, Already looking to purchase another.

What fantastic after sales team I had the absolute pleasure to deal with. My question was answered quickly and very efficiently. The product a 3x4.5m has been great,. quality is fantastic and so to are the people who work there.

What a fantastic service! I ordered some gazebo bags from Bulhawk and spoke to a lovely team member who organised delivery of the item asap when I asked for a speedy delivery option. The bags look well made and very affordable. Highly recommend!

I recently purchased a 3x4.5m gazebo and could not be happier. Yes, these are more premium compared to the others on the market but the sturdiness of the frame and quality of the materials are second to none and you get what you pay for. Above all else the customer service is amazing and are very quick to reply to any questions or concerns. Special thanks to Rebecca for her 5 star service.

Great customer care! Rebecca was so helpful from the first email sent to the very last email. Listen to everything that was needed and help choose the right gazebo for what we was looking for, there was no hard sale at like other places do to get the sale. Bulhawk gazebos was easy to work with and they are very patient all the way through and get updates all they way through the process. And next day delivery!

The whole experience of dealing with Bulhawk has been wonderful, from phoning to enquire about delivery time (great to make a call and getting a helpful real person straight away!) to a very speedy delivery today.
We have put it up this evening and it is easy to assemble, looks good and is very well made.
