Really easy to order and delivery at a good time.

Dealt with a problem regarding a product swiftly.

We love this dog food. Have had three dogs on it, and our latest is a rescue puppy who had a TERRIBLE tummy when we got him. We got him on Burns duck and sweet potatoes immediately and his poos got better in days. A month or so on and they’re just fine.

When he eats something that upsets him, or we overdo it with treats, we go right back to Burns-only and it’s sorted in 24 hours.

Very disappointed with your wet food trays. Its totally put me off feeding any bought wet food. After two incidents of gone off food, one due to the packaging seals second incident trays were sealed yet food rotten.
On the plus side I will continue to feed burns kibble.

My dogs love the chicken and lamb rice kibble. I have Labradors which is a breed known to become overweight which is unhealthy for them but all my 'girls' are the ideal weight, healthy and all have beautifully shiny coats.
I order my dog kibble via Aileen of Burns who I have to give a mention. She is friendly and helpful.
I have my order delivered directly from Burns and it always arrives promptly and in good condition.

A quick turnaround on orders. Very good. But where are all your lovely treats gone? ie Ocean bites.

Our 15 1/2 year old Labrador Retriever, Ruby had been getting very fussy in her eating and we noticed that the lamb in the wet tray food we had was one she would eat. It was hard to find a lamb only wet food. Thankfully we found Burns Lamb and Brown Rice. She loves it. So, no expensive waste of other flavours and Ruby is happily eating without pushing food around her dish. She now gobbles in down. Thank you

Arrived in good order. Dogs like it and the kibble size suits both of them. They seem happy and keep active. It’s easy and quick to feed them. If they have treats I can easily reduce their main meal. It does not smell bad. I can trust its ingredients not to change.

Fast and great delivery service. This food is the best I have found for my tummy tender girlie.. was sad when they stopped the smaller version but still good.
