Arrived on time

The delivery was excellent. The updates and timings were abundant and the driver arrived 5 minutes after the earliest arrival time. He carried the packages indoors for me and placed them in the hallway. It took a while to get the order processed but got there in the end. Maybe have someone available on the telephone at times to sort issues out that can’t be dealt with online. We now use Burns for our current Labrador as it kept our previous chocolate one healthy for all his life to the age of 14

My local pet shop (Fiveways pet shop Bournemouth)was unable to get the 150gm lamb and rice so I reluctantly decided to order on line. I believe in shopping locally not on line but my shih tzu loves this food and thrives on it so I really had no choice!

My Maisie will only eat Burns chicken and brown rice, I have spent so much money on dog food that she has turned her nose up at and refused to eat - very worrying situation. Burns have solved the food issue for us so now we are both happy. Many thanks.

Have been using Burns since my dog was a pup. Wouldn't change it at all.

Bought a large bag of chicken and rice dog food. Delivery was great, very quick and the driver was pleasant.
Unfortunately, my dogs will not touch it. They used to love it as did their two lots of puppies. Now!!! no idea why they won't eat it. Even if I mix it in with wet/ other dry food, they won't eat anything out of their bowls
What a waste of food and money. Thank goodness I didn't sign up for times deliveries.

I had a problem with a couple of bags of kibble (not bought directly from Burns but through a third party). Burns responded very quickly, politely and actively, and resolved my issue within a week. I’ve used Burns for 15 years and this was the first time I have ever had an issue.

Have used Burns dog food for quite a while and am very happy with it, but had a problem with the delivery company. When I advised Burns they responded straight away and got onto the company and the delivery arrived.

Got involved in telephone ordering system which was not at all clear or straightforward I left several messages before one was responded to although to be fair lady I then spoke to was helpful & pleasant
