Thank you for having a low fat wet food ie Wild Fish as well as kibble so could feed her on half and half, as she has Pancreatitis. Delivery is quick also, usually a couple of days.

Ok, they eat it but a little bit at a time. Takes getting used to it. Being on a higher diet feed it’ll take time but will buy again.

My puppy had bad diarrhea
My puppy had bad diarrhea, been to vets twice for medication, put my puppy in burns sensitive and within two days could see a massive difference, service was first class

Brilliant customer service
I’ve fed Burns to my dogs for years but recently I opened a bag that contained quite a lot of broken kibble and dust so I wrote to customer service . I received an immediate response asking for details like batch number ,date and where I’d purchased it which I sent straight back to them.
Burns sent me a replacement bag of kibble within a couple of days . Very good firm to deal with.
