Firstly, the carpet I wanted was an incredible price compared to local carpet shops.
Secondly, they had a 10% promotion so I saved even more!
Thirdly, I ordered on a Thursday, was notified the following Tuesday that the carpet had arrived in stock and given a tracking number for delivery on Wednesday. So from order to delivery in a week!

Will definitely use again.

The website is user-friendly and I was able to find exactly what I wanted very quickly. Ordering was straightforward and confirmation was instant. I placed the order at the weekend and received it on Tuesday. My fitters came the following Tuesday and my new flooring looks great. Thank you Burts Online - two very happy customers.

Haven't got the carpet yet ordered on the 22nd of July now won't be here till the 10th of August at the earliest. Was told it would be here Monday so I removed the old carpets and underlay and the wife took a the day off work for the delivery fo nothing . Totally appalled by the whole experience. The carpet has finally arrived and has been fitted it looks great and seems to be of good quality so am increasing the stars accordingly.

Excellent customer service

Carpet delivered 1 day late. No communication to let me know why late delivery and again no communication of driver. Carpet just turned up. Driver said he had wrong number. I had told berts the correct number to use. The telephone number was passed to berts the day before delivery was started. I was told carpet was being delivered on the 7th. It arrived on 8th.
