Was joined to this site for 3 years had many a little win here and there then suddenly i had a rather large win this is when the trouble started suddenly they needed to verify my identity so i did that was a little annoyed as they had been taking my money for 3 years without any problem then after 3 days they now wanted pictures of me holding my id and pictures of my bank card so now i have to wait another 3 days needless to say this has been my worst experience of a casino and i still dont have my winnings. So through to their stupidity they have now lost a customer who would of probably still been spending money with them in another 3 years. I understand the importance if proving who you are but this seems to have been targeted at me winning and plus these checks should be done when they accept my money not after i win i have checked the Gambling Commission website and they clearly have this rule "Quote"A request made by a player to withdraw funds from their account must not result in a requirement for additional information to be provided if the operator could reasonably have expected to have requested this earlier"unquote" could you please explain why in 3 years you have not asked me for this. And now you suddenly need this when i make a large withdrawal UPDATE: money received after 5 days hopfully wont need to go through this again i have amended my stars to 3 as i probably made a mountin out of a molehill but seemed extremly stressful at the time

Won’t give me my £10 back
Won’t give me my £10 back. Quick enough to take my money, but getting it back… extreme hassle. Dreadful.
I deposited £10 decided not to play and withdrew my £10 all within 1 minute, just to 24 hours later receive an email saying I must email back various documents (an insecure line of communication, I might add) before my withdrawal can be processed. UKGC rules state that withdrawals cannot be blocked due to needed identity verification if this information could’ve been requested earlier which would’ve been my deposit… 1 minute earlier. They say it’s because of “recent account activity”, what activity? If it’s my deposit activity then you should’ve requested this information before allowing my deposit. And if it is the withdrawal activity… then UKGC rules state that verification cannot be a condition of withdrawing money. It was within 1 minute between deposit and withdrawal, what activity could’ve occurred during that time which makes further verification of several documents necessary? I regret signing up to this casino, god awful. Needs investigation
To follow up on their reply:
Lies and lies. They only requested loads of documentation AFTER I wanted to withdraw which is in contravention of licensing 17.1.1 because they should’ve asked earlier, and not purely because I wanted to withdraw. Anyway
AVOID AVOID AVOID. Save yourself the hassle of dealing with these shysters.

Some good games fast payouts WHEN you win. It is very rare to win on there games they say the games are tested however I have deposited a substantial amount and walked away with nothing didn't even get into the bonus round.

Don't process withdrawals, poor game selections
Don't process withdrawals. Tried to withdraw relatively small amount of £56 which was far less than I deposited. Just sat pending they don't process it. Reached out to customer services Alina T, just fobbed off. Also very poor game selection don't have the most popular games and the ones that have pay very low bonus/scatter features.
