Got an eSIM for a US Trip back in October 2025. It was perfect, had no issues.

Ordered another for this month (May 2026). A couple of hiccups getting it installed this time, I (foolishly) still had the previous one on my phone, but the team were easy to contact and the problem was resolved.

Will definitely purchase again and would recommend

We used Buzz eSIM for a trip to China last year and were really happy about it so decided to use it again for our trip in Japan this year. It didn't disappoint - we got the same good experience and good value.

A tip for new users - print out the QR code and activation instructions before you travel, and it'll be much much easier.

Always get this sim. Can go with this and have no worry about using this sim and just enjoying my time away. Always use this as never lets me down.

This was my first time using an eSIM and after much research I chose the Buzz eSIM for what I was looking for and I was not disappointed. From the initial purchase and set up it worked brilliantly for my time in various places in the USA. It was easy to set up on my phone with no complications and clear instruction emails and the signal and speed was perfect. Would definitely use and recommend.

The esim wouldn't load on my phone. Which was frustrating but the service for a full refund was great.

The install and the usage was simple an working well...
but the other end sees this number as a Spam.

Worked perfectly. We had a US eSIM for Mexico. Arrived as promised on day we needed to activate and installed simply. Worked perfectly all the time we were there for data and calls. Will use again.

Didnt realize that Other brans of phones are not supported. it is mentioned on web with super small letters on purpose. So my feelings are bit bitter on this. Should highlight it not hide in small letters.

A great service, no issues

Used Buzz eSIM last time in America. So for our 2 week holiday we had to use Buzz again. This time we both had eSIMs. They worked perfectly and it’s really easy to get them up and running. Ours were active before we got of the plane as we loaded them before leaving the uk the day before. Great value also we had the unlimited data and calls with an American number. This meant we could ring local businesses and make reservations at restaurants and get txt updates. Would highly recommend and in my experience are cheaper than most other suppliers.

We've used Buzzesim three times now. Each time has been successful, and although probably not the cheapest, it is a good service.
