Not good service.
Difficult to contact.
No phones.
Confuses one customer with another in communication.
To add: It has been more than 72 hours and I have had no response.
I do not have the parcel nor a refund and your team has been unhelpful in both regards.
I contacted you as the shipper.
Please get back to me via email.
This is not good customer service nor helpful at all.

Please note we never send broken pet products to any of our customer. The damages are possible to happen during the transit.
You shall receive the auto reply email about the damages and re shipment details and we mentioned in the auto reply email, please wait for 3-5 working days for us to response and re dispatch. We kindly suggest to be patient to our team as we are always try the best to fulfil your order.

Sadly I have been sent the wrong size…
Sadly I have been sent the wrong size cat food items and is currently being sorted. It hasn't been the first time that I had problems with my order being wrong. I am hoping that this won't happen again . I could only give 3 stars this time . I must add though, Bymit are really good at returning the money back .
