Company rep listened to what I needed, explained clearly what I needed to do and once I completed what I had to do she got it done within 24 hours. Great experience, company so far has been really good to deal with and very responsive to needs. Really feels good to deal with this caliber rep and company.

Decided to try the gun so to make sure it would work. First shot the ball rolled out of the barrel as did the 5th shot, with only 2 firing as they should and one with power enough that it wouldn't hurt a fly. I'm going to check the 2 other Byrma guns that I have had for a few months to see how they work. I should be able to pull them out with a new unbroken Co2 cannister, and the first shot being as strong as using an already broken cannister?
I'm very disappointed with this new Byrma. If I had to use it in an emergency, I would be dead! Tried to return the defective one today, which didn't work right out of the box. Thus, fed up with Byrna as the weapons are unreliable for defense. Even though the out-of-the-box weapon was only shot once and in that it did not work I can't return for a refund. My Update: However, the various potential points of failure and operational limitations mean that many experts advise against relying on them as a primary defense in a life-threatening situation.

Purchased Byrna with bad CO2 cartridges. Contacted Byrna and was informed no shelf life to cartridges and cannot leak out prior to puncture. I got news for them I have a whole carton of FAILED CO2 cartridges and thought the problem was with the gun. Thankfully it was the CO2 cartridges as the 2nd box works fine. BOY AM I GLAD I DIDN'T NEED TO USE THIS FOR PERSONAL PROTECTION. Great idea HORRIBLE customer service. There needs to be a way to identify full cartridges so you don't install a dead one when you really need it

I initially ordered a Mission 4 launcher. Unfortunately I came to find out that the launcher was out of stock and there was no expected date of restock. I requested a refund and after reviewing the return/refund policy with customer service, I was quickly refunded. I then used the funds to purchase a TCR - which was in stock - and received it sooner than projected.

I was impressed with the quality of that launcher and I appreciate the peace of mind it gives me for my safety.

I appreciate how quickly customer service has responded to inquiries and worked through issues. I would definitely work with Byrna in the future and will keep an eye on their products.

The auto response system worked great. I needed to speak with a representative and it connected me quickly. The representative was very knowledgeable and friendly. My question was answered. Overall it was very helpful experience.

Well I bought my byrna cl and I have sent it back going on three times within two months because the co2 keeps blowing up in the gun.

Called customer service with some questions and a real live person actually spoke with me. I believe her name is Rachel. Very knowledgeable and courteous, a real pleasure to talk with.

I have had several contacts with customer support. the most recent were with Maria D. She was very
helpful and would not leave me until my issues were addressed.

Maria did an excellent job of educating me on the particulars about the Byrna launchers and accessories. We were able to pick back up after a phone line drop

Questions. I have spoken to customer service numerous times and all were helpful. No disrespect to others but I found Rachel to be THE BEST ! She was very patient, never in a hurry and answered all my MANY questions with concise clarity. She spoke with such clear confidence , it was apparent to me that she has had a lot of experience with your weaponry. HER confidence
gave ME the confidence that I was getting appropriate and accurate advise. It is my contention that Rachel is a GREAT asset to your company. I fully expect that she would THRIVE in any position within your organization . Thank you all for this incredible invention. And THANK YOU RACHEL !!

I think that Byrna makes a great product. I wish that their prices were somewhat better, but what is it worth to protect your family? I live in Canada, where it is pretty much illegal to protect yourself but as you all say in the U.S. 'I would rather put my fate in the hands of 12 than be carried by 6.' As the world moves further and further from the truth and society begins to unravel, I think it is more important now than ever to have an effective way to keep yourself and your family safe. I never want to be the one who laments "I could have done more." Thank you, Byrna, for a great product and great service. God Bless.

Rachel M was the ideal customer service rep. She was prompt to reply in every contact I made with her, and she kept up with my situation over at least two or three weeks. I’m a single mom who now lives in a remote area after living in Manhattan. I’ve always felt like a sitting duck with absolutely no way to protect me or my kids. I procrastinated placing a Byrna order even though I really wanted one for 6 months because I was so afraid of sounding stupid with all my questions even after thoroughly reading through the informative Byrna website. Yesterday I called Byrna and got the lovely and informed Rachel who patiently answered all my questions, listened to my needs and fears and helped me choose. You guys are the best. And Byrna is the healthiest non-addicting sleep aide ever.

It took me just a few minutes, maybe 2, to get a real person on the phone, his name was Troy,I was surprised!
Troy sounded very professional and knowledgeable right off the bat. I explained my issue and it took Troy 30 seconds, or less,to have several links to me so I could find what I was looking. Also I had an issue with one of the clips for my Byrna, I sent him pic's and problem solved! GREAT JOB TROY!! 1

Our son gave me as a gift the Byrna LE.
Last night we had an intruder enter our yard and proceed to our front door. I stepped out of the house and gave him a warning not to proceed any farther. The warning worked, he left the property without any other altercations. The police arrived shortly after.

Rachel in the customer service department is the kind of person who makes a customer feel that he is not a number but an individual who matters. She is a tremendous asset to Byrna. In fact, she’s the kind of employee Byrna can’t survive without. In short, I had experienced several issues with my original order and was finding the customer service department lacking in its responses until I found Rachel who immediately took charge of my situation and began to solve the issues for me. We are still working on ironing out the details but her professional and direct approach gives me hope that we will get to a mutually agreed solution.

I had a few questions about the CL I purchased. E-mailed Customer Support and got an answer within the suggested time frame. Also gave me answer that made me feel better about my purchase. I am completely satisfied with Byrna's Custom Service.

I have the byrna le and the mission 4 they are very easy to use have a good weight to them had them for 4 years had a issue with the le but got fixed within 2 weeks would recommend
