I had an issue with delivery of one of my orders. Samantha responded quickly, was very courteous, and fixed the problem.

Rachel was amazing! She was incredibly patient with all my questions. She gave me thoughtful recommendations for another order for my Byrna SD launcher. Including the full size target and extra kinetic rounds for practice AND use! How cool! She was very knowledgeable, kind and I could understand her (unlike so many customer service professionals now adays). Very efficient as well. I just can't say enough about how great she was with this potentially complicated process.
