Generally easy to book

Generally easy to book. But dates keep appearing when trying to book instead of being empty. So twice now the hotel got the wrong date when the right date was entered . Which happened today and I was hesitant to rebook for the night.
It changed itself . According to the hotel management this happens more frequently.
Thankfully I was able to cancel the booking but found it difficult to do not being techy.
Generally booking goes well.

Seamless online experience. Very slick UI

A seamless experience from first log in to first booking. I wasn’t able to find the same low price on other sites either. Unlike other travel aggregators sites, Hotel.com guaranteed my booking would be made with the hotel directly.

The UI was also super slick with some nice animations at key touch points. Something I really appreciate being a designer myself. Much prefer this experience over Expedia despite being the same company.
