Awesome pc, everything came as ordered. Next day aswell - amazing price

Very happy with this company. Quickly answered all questions and set up PCIe. Great spec for the price, better than competitors and I searched a lot of them.
Pc arrived promptly and all works grand. Will be using again and would highly recommend.

I was also skeptical at how cheap the prices were. But after speaking with the helpful staff, going over my optimal build I couldn’t be happier. They even upgraded a few parts as they didn’t have the ones I ordered in stock. Would highly recommend cacti.

I order one pc from Cacti PC, the pc came next day as they promised, they even offer some free upgrades, and helped with all the information need it and made sure it's all good for me. I am very happy so far with their service and their support. I recommend them.

Fast delivery, well packaged, some issues on arrival quickly dealt with and excellent communication/support via whatsapp.

Genuinely surprised with the customer service. They went above and beyond with my order, and the delivery is as quick as advertised. I dont remember the last time I left a review, if Icould rate them 10/5 I would.

Even tho my PC has been sent with no control over the RGB and just randomly flashes like a disco I have to give them 5 stars, it's a shame this happened but end of the day the PC is fantastic, ordered on Wednesday and delivered Thursday, the lights issues is very minor, can highly recommend these guys, they also did try to help so can't fault the effort, would definitely purchase again and in the process of buying for my son too, will be going back to these guys 🙂

Ordered PC from this site and overall experience was fantastic! Pc was delivered next day and although some issues with setting up I was given all the support needed.

Ordered an item from Cacti - was a little wary since I'd never used them before. Item arrived, all good but a minor error in the description. Dropped them and email and received a very quick response... after a short back & forth they provided an entirely satisfactory resolution. I always think the true test of a company is not when things go perfectly, but when problems arise - that's what we had here and I'm entirely happy with how they dealt with it. Would happily use again or reccomend to friends.

Ordered my first proper gaming pc from CACTi just under a month ago. Made good use of their next day delivery service, pc came packaged with enough care that it could have fallen off the van and still be undamaged. I’m a novice so opted for a pre-built unit, only had to install the graphics card which was easy enough. PC runs like a dream, loads up super quick, games load super quick with the SSD. Will definitely be coming back again for any new bits of tech or upgrades in the future.
