Great value PC, good customer service. James has answered all my questions upon delivery and on WhatsApp later. Find it impossible to find a better deal anywhere else on UK market.

Cacti pcs supplied me with a beauty of a pc. The lovely team even upgraded my psu, ram mobo and case free of charge. It was safely packaged and promptly shipped within several days. If you ever need any support they are easily contactable on WhatsApp. Thanks again for the beast of a pc.

The company rectified some miscommunication post purchase and the CEO contacted me directly to resolve a query I had. I would buy again from this small company in the future.

Placed an order same day, and was shipped the following.

I’m a little lost for words at what happened in between … because there’s some seriously high end hardware (included free of charge), over and above what I originally ordered.

What can I say … great dude, great machine … absolute bargain.

My son ordered a custom build PC from CACTi PCs. They called to say that the components wouldn't fit into the case he ordered and some of the components were end of line. They offered a free upgrade on everything. When it came, we had to install the graphics card, so I contacted them and they were instantly available for a video chat to talk us through it. I can't fault the service, and my son is very, very happy. Highly recommended!

I spent a good two months looking to buy a pc. I looked at chillblast, pc specialist, cybertech and many many others before I randomly stumbled upon Cacti. I thought the prices couldn't be right and they were hundreds of pounds cheaper than the other PC builders. Checked out the positive reviews and figured I would give them a go. I could not be happier, the pc runs incredibly and is super quiet and the price was crazy good. The support chat has also been amazing, I had a question about wifi and the response was immediate and super friendly. All in all could not be happier. When I want another upgrade in the future, I will 100% be back.

A rare gem offering a great product at a competitive price and topped with fantastic service. I had a post collection query out of hours and it was answered swiftly even though I didn’t expect it until after the weekend.
This PC runs MSFS 2024 in Ultra 1440p and VR without issues. Now having a crack at other AAA titles. Very happy and would recommend the machine and Cacti PCs.

First time ordering from this company. Delivery was super quick and nicely packed. Some same assembly was required but everything was very simple. They forgot to put my extra ssd drive but the guy on the phone was very helpful and super friendly specially because when I call was already after his working hours and yet he didn’t mind. Ordered a new 5090 PC fully specced out! It came with *FREE* 3 years warranty, parts and labour. I mean, what else can you ask for in terms of customer satisfaction.

James was on it with customer service; clear answers to my questions, prompt replies and always available to help (even in closing hours).

I really liked that they accept part exchange of your old PC at a very decent price.

He also did all the overclocking for me and threw in a free GPU upgrade to an overclock edition card (NO JOKE!).

Whoever buys from them, will for sure be a 1000000% satisfied. These guys will be my go to when I decide to upgrade in the near future.

TLDR: Don't be scared that they're a very small team, Exellent customer service, beautiful build, top teir fan curves, 0 issues, gave me a free upgrade to the power supply after a tiny tiny bit of delivery confusion. Will no longer buy from anywhere else.

Full Review:
Bought a lovely 5090 Rig with all the bells and whistles, didn't need to as my old rig had a 4090, but I wanted to change the CPU and couldn't be bothered changing everything but the GPU.

Ordered on Saturday Morning, the site told me it would be delivered Monday, after my order the team reached out and apologised for the wrong date being shown on the site, I didn't even have to message them first.

That was totally fine by me, but despite me being happy with the information I was offered a completely free power supply upgrade due to the confusion, completely unprompted.

The PC has an excellent fan curve configured, 0 bloatware, everything installed correctly, bar the fan RGB controller being plugged into the wrong socket on the motherboard, meaning software wouldn't locate the fans to change the color. But that was a 30 second fix and, in fairness the connectors are right next to eachother so was just a genuine mistake.

Cable management is second to none. Everything is tidy, tucked away and cable tied in the back of the case. But not lazily, it looks beautiful.

I almost always go with large OEMS for PCs and parts, but no more. Any PCs In the future will be bought from this wonderful little team.

Outstanding build, customer service and you can tell they really do care about doing the best job they can.

I couldn't be happier with this purchase! The product exceeded my expectations in every way – great quality, fast delivery, and exactly as described. It works perfectly and feels well-made. Customer service was also responsive and helpful. It's rare to find something that ticks all the boxes, but this absolutely does. I would definitely buy again and highly recommend it to anyone considering it!

I traded in my old computer and got a good price. the whole process was very simple and James communicated all the way through. Highly recommend Cactipc - I've used all the big companies in the past but cacti is by far the easiest and smoothest to deal with.

Wouldn't use anyone else now - even got a mate to buy a computer from them and he is equally impressed!

This was the best customer service I have ever experienced. I used their WhatsApp number to ask every single question I had even down to the little things. Cacti PCs helped me in every way they could from enquiring, purchasing and part exchanging my old PC. Super friendly and they even threw in a few extras for me after a slight delay in shipping. Also, when I was struggling with budget, they took time out of their day to do a custom build to bring the price down for me. Will be recommending these guys to everyone who needs a PC!
