This was the first time ordering from Cacti PCs... And although had a few slight hiccups, they responded quickly and sent replacement parts. All works great and I couldn't recommend them enough! Anyone considering ordering a PC this is definitely the place! 5*

Ordered a new PC from Cacti and it arrived within 48 hours very well packaged with the GPU packaged seperately which I understand is safer for travelling. A little bit concerned having to fit it myself as no experience but found it easy and straightforward with a couple of messages to Cacti for advice answered promptly. The PC is very quiet and looks amazing, running with no issues at all. Highly recommended.

The big difference with Cacti and others is the support provided before and after purchase. Customer service is 10/10. When you receive your goods, you will notice that their hands on skills match their service. I have bought 2 Pcs with them so far, I thought the first was great, but the second was even better. It seems that overtime they continue to improve.

Ordering a showcase PC from CactiPCS was meant to be a proud milestone after saving for a year, but the journey began with disappointment. The case arrived scratched and burnt, a trim piece fell off, the back fan wasn’t connected, the GPU lighting didn’t match the advertised build, and the SSD wasn’t initialised. Instead of celebrating, I was documenting faults and chasing fixes.
To their credit, CactiPCS didn’t hide. They apologised, offered remedies, and made gestures to acknowledge the disruption. When deeper issues surfaced — cut USB cables and a faulty display — they escalated to a full case replacement or rebuild. Stock shortages meant the original case wasn’t available, so they proposed an alternative and balanced it with an upgrade to a stronger motherboard. That was fair, but then the rebuilt system arrived with the wrong CPU, GPU, and RAM.
At that point I insisted on an onsite fix. CactiPCS agreed immediately, and a technician came out to my home to swap the CPU, GPU, and RAM, check the cabling and fans, and test the system properly. Everything now works as it should, and the company closed the matter with a sincere apology and a gesture that showed they valued my patience.
All I’d ask is that they look at how to solve simple issues before systems leave the workshop. Things like:
- Fans shipped without being connected.
- Cables cut or tied off incorrectly.
- Drives sent without being initialised.
- Core components mismatched against the order.
- Lighting or cosmetic features not matching the advertised build.
These are basic checks that would have prevented most of the problems I faced.
My journey was poor — stressful and time‑consuming — but the way CactiPCS responded matters. They took ownership, offered fair remedies, moved quickly, and did the work onsite to put things right. For that reason, I’m giving 4 stars. There is room for improvement in quality control, but their accountability and determination to resolve the problems deserve recognition.

ordered one to many computers, asked for could they refund one, 24 hours later the money is back in my account and the one computer is on its way, talk about outstanding customer service and a top notch product to boot, highly recommended 👍🏻

Since I had just arrived in the UK, I didn't know of a reliable website to buy a computer from. I was very hesitant before buying the computer. But it's a very reliable site with very helpful people. My computer arrived within a day without any problems. If there is someone like me who is hesitant about buying a computer and cannot trust every website, he can definitely trust the CACTi PCs company.

The gaming PC turned up within a few days and we were all very impressed with how well it was packaged. Works well. Excellent customer service as well. Highly recommend this company.

I decided to finally pull the trigger on a new gaming pc. After looking all over I decided to save myself the stress of building it myself and saw an advert for Cacti PCs.

Well the ordering was easy, the payment methods were great and because one of their partners was doing a great interest free option I splashed out a little more.
They have options at all price points at very reasonable prices. I doubt I could have saved very much making it myself plus you get a 3 year warranty and they are very helpful if you have any questions. I ordered it on the Friday and it was delivered on the Saturday.

I tested their customer services first hand when a slight hiccup happened with my new build, a storage drive was missed out (most likely due to them keeping their delivery deadlines). I emailed and before I knew it I had a response from a very lovely guy called Alfie who couldn’t have helped more.

I was kept up to date and they even upgraded my expected storage due to the delay as they had to investigate.

I am beyond happy with the computer and have had a wonderful experience buying from them.
If I have anymore issues( I doubt I will) I feel confident they would sort it.

I gave them 3 stars originally, but after leaving my review, they were straight on the case. I had contacted James a few times about it, but it seems to me that they are clearly very busy. The component that was the problem was actually a spec upgrade. Just wrong colour for my system. Gave me another free upgrade once they caught on to the issue. I would highly recommend it

What a fantastic company. I ordered my son a new gaming pc for his birthday.

It arrived super fast and was the best specification for pound I could find anywhere, including for Black Friday.

But the real joy here is the customer service.

Some Ram had come loose in transit and even though it powered up, it wasn’t working.

I emailed support expecting the usual 2 day delay, they replied in about 5 mins. Within 15, I had gently, reset the ram chip and bingo. One super fast gaming pc raring to go

Ordered a custom pc after chatting via WhatsApp - built and delivered within 48 hours!

Unfortunately the delivered PC was different to the order; different motherboard manufacturer and case to the order spec. One of the case LED fans also failed and got stuck on white.

However, contacted Cacti back on WhatsApp and they arranged the return, no questions asked.

The replacement arrived just 3 days after they received the return - and there were a series of unexpected but greatly appreciated upgrades as well!

Very happy with the price, and the way they handled resolving the issues with the first PC.
