I put the parts for the PC I bought on uk.pcpartpicker and the cost was very similar, no idea how the guys are managing to turn a meaningful profit. Would've have liked to have been able to add an extra TB storage but the PC I picked never had this option. (Most of the PCs have varying levels of custom ability). Though I've no doubt if I had asked for it added they would've accommodated as their customer service seems top notch. Genuinely can't recommend the company enough and have done so to two friends who will likely be using. To top it off their partnered with dopple(I think?) Who offered 12 months interest free finance which was a big factor in buying here or saving and buying the parts myself. PC arrived in about 30 hours from ordering.

Was abit reluctant on spending 2k+ with a company like these online. But 110% glad I did go with these in the end! I'm new to pc's and had alot of questions to ask prior to buying. The customer service is next to none and even the after care is amazing. They get back to you very quickly and help you with what ever it is you need. Couldn't recommend this company enough!

So when I first ordered my pc there was 3 delays for the delays I was promised a 5090 founders edition because of the delays I did not get that i got a Msi 5090 when the pc arrived the ssd was fault had to send it back the collection was good and easy and cacti was good at giving updates for the delays and stuff etc the cable management could be better there is a lot of free space at the bottom and top of the case it’s all kinda zip tied together in the back of the pc not really any slack for cables the aio water cooler for the cpu the tubes should be facing down to prevent air bubbles the tubes are facing up there is room for improvement like a gen 5ssd cable management aio tubes led app doesn’t work when I asked they helped with another issue just not the led’s being picked up by the led app they installed some parts of the of just looks like very minimal effort had been put in

Bought a PC from Cacti and had an issue with it. I contacted James and as the PC was still under warranty he resolved the issue very quickly and at no cost to me. Excellent communication throughout the process. Computer needed to go back to Cacti PC's so James paid for DPD shipping there and back for me, all i had to do was post it. All repairs and shipping costs were covered by Cacti PC's under warranty.
All dealing I have had with James and Cacti PC's have been superb.

Although delivery was a little late, it still has to be 5* because communication was fantastic, added extras even though I wasn’t or wouldn’t expect them just for the delay. Had to install the graphics card myself but a quick video call guided me through it easily. PC runs smooth as anything, perfect for the kind of games I want to play and have no issues with it. Price wise compared to other reputable companies these guys for what I wanted were £800 cheaper so massive bargain, would highly recommend for someone who wants to get in to pc gaming on a budget or upgrade for far less than competitors.

Ordered my first gaming PC, messaged through WhatsApp with an issue upon set up James called me straightaway to rectify the issue. Couldn't recommend Cacti PCs enough

A bit delayed on the delivery but the communication from the team was brilliant and they sent me some extra free stuff as compensation for the delay which was very generous of them, would recommend.

Great pc,s and Great service, They could be a bit thoughtful by putting instructions in the box for getting started as GPU comes in its own box and you have to install it due to its to fragile to deliver it already in pc ,also a small flash drive with basic links to software to help with pc setup or a youtube video to show you what to do when unboxing a new pc from them,like Motherboard/cooling AIO/RGB/ My emails were answered very quickly .Will use them again ,,

Cacti PCs has been absolutely amazing during my entire experience with them. I ordered one of their pcs from their custom section and cannot be happier. There was a slight delay in my dispatch which was made up by the company giving me some upgrades to my system. This is the second PC I’ve purchased from Cacti, all I can say is GREAT COMPANY! Superb customer service, and best prices on the market, yet still high quality builds!

My original PC was a 4080 Super which I purchased over a year ago, and I recently decided to upgrade to a 5090. I was able to trade in my old PC and pay the difference for the new PC.

Again, this was priced very competitively compared to other sites. As I was a returning customer I was even given a complimentary upgrade on some memory which was very kind and unexpected (great for customer loyalty, it’s noticed!).

After a week or so I realised my graphics card was playing up, but luckily they were only a message away on WhatsApp so i always felt supported.

After some troubleshooting and diagnosis, I was able to return the graphics card under warranty (not Cacti PCs fault, it was the graphics card fault). Once returned, they quickly sent an alternative new 5090 which is working like a dream.

Found these guys whilst scrolling on fb, looked at the good reviews they had and thought why not. I wanted something cheap but be able to run games at a good quality and found that on their website. Ordered the pc and it was shipped and delivered very quickly. Had a slight problem with the pc when it came but messaged James on WhatsApp and he was very helpful and managed to sort it out for me. Highly recommend them!

2nd time using Cacti PCs. This time I part ex’d a gaming laptop for a PC. The method I used I paid in full for the PC and then was refunded the laptop amount upon them receiving and testing it.

All went as smooth as butter, can’t recommend these guys enough. Helpful with everything you need & patient too.
