Recently bought a pc and I’m loving it.

Have used Cacti twice, bought a High end build for myself and recently bought another lower end for my friend, both are high quality builds with good specs and great value for money

Can't recommend enough

I'm asked to write an honest review and my reasons behind it so here goes.....
Firstly, I'm a gamer, I know very little about gaming PC's other than the obvious, I've never built one and therefore rely on others to not only build me a quality set up with what I want, but to do it honestly without ripping a hole in my bank account the size of the planet. I already own a reasonable set up and was in the market for a pc to get for my son. Wanting to somewhat future proof it for a good few years I began doing my homework and each time my research kept leading me back to Cacti.
So I spoke with James the owner, great bloke, didn't fill my ears with jargon and helped me get the best out of my budget. By the end of the call we had swapped out the motherboard, CPU,power supply and the hard drive to something that was nothing short of a beast. More to the point, if I had gone elsewhere, to a company well known and one that had been around along time, I would have paid out £600 more than with James. Now that showed me he wasn't out to sting me but still give me a great value service that would and will, bring me back to upgrade my own system.

Not only was the initial service great but the aftercare was even better. This was another reason why I chose to deal with Cacti, previous reviews all said his aftercare service was brilliant and I was about to find out for myself.
The pc arrived on time if not a day or so sooner than expected, well packaged and really looked the part. Initially shocked that the GPU was not fitted, James easily talked me through the process and believe me when I say if I can do it, anyone can. I fired up the pc and set about installing various games and software for my son.
At this point we found that although we had paid extra for a top end wireless motherboard as I couldn't connect his pc directly to the router, it kept on losing the internet signal. Long story short, Cacti had mistakenly forgotten to add the aerial in with the pc and to ensure we got the right one quickly, James sent me a link for the correct one for me to purchase for £31 and pence and then refunded me £50. Completely unexpected but gratefully received. Now that's fantastic customer service and shows how right I was to shop with Cacti. It proved that they are not out make a fast sale but care about the customer and reputation means more to them than a sale.
That speaks volumes to me and aswell as the price, the care shown by James will bring me back again.
Don't waste your time and money purchasing elsewhere because of a brand name, seriously give James a call and find out for yourself what a fantastic deal he'll do for you. Thank you James, both me and my lad are totally made up with our purchase.

Top tier service. The price was very competitive. There aren’t many companies out there that will deliver a pc custom built like this. With upgraded motherboards. James was and has been superb in both knowledge and information. Offering better product compatibility for no extra costs. You won’t find better pc builds at these prices.

I’ve had great experiences with this company so far I’ve bought a new pc build, a used console and sold a component to them. No issues so far and very competitive pricing.
Additionally communication has been excellent - receiving responses to questions very quickly. I would absolutely recommend cacti if you are in the market for a pc

I asked Cacti for a quote for a PC because I am currently housebound. I received a quick response with no pressure to buy. I placed the order two weeks later and received my system within 3 working days. The PC is spot on and a great addition my little hideaway.

I came into buying a PC with a limited knowledge and basic understanding of what I needed. Few weeks of searching later and Cacti seemed like the place to find the system I needed for a great price, and it was.
Having received my order with a damaged CPU cooler and RAM slot due to some unfortunate luck, I got in touch and was able to arrange to swing by and get it replaced. Couldn’t recommend Cacti and the guys behind it enough, friendly, helpful, and go out of their way to deliver top tier customer service.

I ordered a Rtx 2070 gaming pc with Ryzen 7 5700x on a Sunday night and that’s exactly what I got arriving on the Tuesday and at a great price too.
I did add a keyboard and WiFi to it for extra which didn’t arrive, we’re all human and mistakes happen, but after a quick message on the Tuesday night they sent out my missing items.
Would definitely use Cacti PCs again for any future purchases and I couldn’t recommend them enough to anyone who is looking to get a new gaming pc.

Top top service can’t go wrong Bought a pc which had something wrong with it told me to bring it back and if he can’t fix it he will upgrade me or refund me no arguments or ifs and buts I straight away took it back and 4 days later he messaged me a photo of a new pc which was a massive upgrade and I said yes and straight away it was sent out and delievered next day delivery by 1pm PC ALSO CAME WITH 3 YEARS WARRENTY!!

Top top service, did a part exchange with my pc 4080 , ryzen 7 5800x3d and gave a very good offer, and sorted me on a bank holiday, travelled to them (manchester) which was 5 hrs away but well worth it, as picked up an amazing 5080 , ryzen 7 9800x3d pc.

My PC was not only amazing on price but it turned up in less than 24 hours!! Once it arrived I spoke to the guys on WhatsApp and they helped set up a new drive which I had optioned to add in addition.

Ordered an xbox series x on Monday, arrived Tuesday. Absolutely mint condition in box and also came with brand new boxed xbox wireless headset worth £90... total cost £235 delivered... very impressed

James Ironman Clack built this thing in a cave with a bunch of scraps! Enough said.
