It has been developed and trained in collaboration with scientists and psychologists using CBT-based therapeutic methodologies, specifically tailored to support people facing emotionally complex challenges. While large language models can provide general conversation, Calmio is structured as a guided therapeutic journey—with personalized pathways, structured emotional exercises, and clinically informed progress tracking.
