My discount code failure
My discount code would not work despite the product satisfying all criteria for the discount code to apply.
When I contacted them to advise them could they amend the order and refund the discount they advised they will not do that despite the order not even been processed at that point.

returns
I accidentally ordered the wrong size socks. I returned them on the day they were delivered. I followed all of the instructions, they were returned in the original packaging.
It is now 4 weeks since they were returned but I still have not received a refund.
I have tried to contact Calvin Klein but there is no contact phone number for Ireland.
In the meantime I am waiting to order the correct size but an exchange was not an option.

The jeans are great, but I have to return because I am short and these jeans are drafted for a much taller person. Otherwise I really like them
