I submitted a claim for reimbursement of my auto insurance deductible after I was involved in an accident with an animal darting in front of my rental car. The process was so incredibly easy and fast. I highly, highly recommend this travel credit card and its many benefits.

I used my card for damage insurance on…

I used my card for damage insurance on a car rental in a foreign country where I had a minor scrape on the car. While it took the rental company several months to provide me with a repair invoice, my card gave me some timing grace and reimbursement was swift. The process was relatively painless.

Very straight forward claims process

Very straight forward claims process. Best to have a printed copy of any accident report and repair costs to scan and upload on web site. My claim was reviewed and paid with direct deposit in less than 2 weeks. Highly recommend this service.

Nice perk, but a bit slow responding

Smooth reimbursement for minor fender scape of rental car in Spain. Patience required. Took about three months to receive reimbursement check. Nice benefit to have.

Eclaimsline - Avis Rental Windshield Rock Repair

Eclaims made credit card rental vehicle claims processing much easier than emails and facsimiles! The website perfectly guided me through the process. I regret entering my cellphone number incorrectly, but after a few email exchanges it was corrected. I recommend collecting as much documentation as possible on the front end to help expedite the approval process.

Quick and Easy Claims Assistance

I have had 2 experiences with them now and very pleased with both claims. They even processed a claim late since I didn't realize the rental car company would charge me for changing a tire myself (cost of tire)! The most recent one was a hit and run accident. I had a panicking child and we were late for our flight so a few things could have gone better for evidence on my part. They didn't give me any grief and coordinated with the rental agency and got it taken care of. Everyone was pleasant and helpful!

Rental car incident in Austria

I had an accident with a rental car in Austria. I submitted the initial claim and after a bit of back and forth regarding needed documentation, the claim was settled completely. Since this involved an accident overseas, it took a little longer than i thought it would, but very satisfied with the result. I had been facing a $9000 repair bill. Thank you.

Remarkable customer service

fter a few back-and-forth communications regarding my issue/situation I received a personal call from your Card Benefit Claims Department from an agent (I believe her name was Lettie, her number was 8046737586) in which she explained the actions that were taken on my behalf and that the issue had been satisfactorily concluded. What exceeded my expectations were: (1) I did not expect a personal call; I thought if anything I would receive an email. (2) The agent with whom I spoke was exceptional; she was very thorough, positive, and just a pleasure to speak with. I felt heard, respected, and valued. Truly a remarkable person.

The Visa Altitude card is the best

The Visa Altitude card is the best! We had a hit and run in Italy and after uploading all documents, our visa card covered the claim fully. One bonus with Italy is the damage in the states would have easily been over $5k but ours was only $1k. Win-win for all! Thank you US Bank Altitude Reserve card!

Dented a bumper and cracked a tail…

Dented a bumper and cracked a tail light on a Las Vegas rental car. Used my Visa Coign card to rent the car. Didn't buy the Collision Damage for the rental, waived it. Contacted Visa's Card Benefits department and by using Eclaimline.com I was able to send them the necessary paperwork. Took a while to settle, but the paid the +$4.000 body shop bill in full. I will be using my Visa Coign card for all my purchsses from now own. They have earned my business. I owe them greatly for covering this repair bill in full.

Rental Car Damage Handled by Chase

I was hit by another vehicle while driving a rental car in LA. I got the information from the other driver and started a claim through my Chase card. I didn’t hear anything from the rental car agency about any damages, so I forgot about the issue. Around 1 year later, I got a letter in the mail stating I would face legal action if I didn’t pay the rental company. Turns out they had not even attempted to contact me about the issue previously. I went back online and found my claim I had started and then submitted it. Within about 1-2 months, the claim was paid completely. I was worried some issue would come up, but it was all easy and taken care of! I would highly recommend this card and service!

Very transparent and straight forward process from eclaimsline.com. The length of time it took to settle the claim was due to the delay in receiving the supporting invoice from the rental car company. I am extremely satisfied with the service provided by Card Benefit Services!
