I think is quite simple with credit union compared to other places and peace of mind.

I sent an email with a change of address details and had a telephone call within 24 hours and also a response to my query. Fantastic service.

My employer has a payroll exchange program with Cardiff and Vale Credit Union which makes saving so easy. I don't even see it leave my bank account as it is taken beforehand. I would never have been able to save as much without them.

The process of increasing and decreasing how much you put it and taking money out is so simple and often is in my account the same day.

Due to an unfortunate event of my Iphone being stolen from a bus journey I was left in a position of having to pay a very hefty sum to my phone provider for a new one. I literally had nowhere to turn to for help with money to get it replaced. I rang my credit union & went in for an appointment & thanks to the staff in the Cardiff office I was able to now get a replacement phone. Im forever grateful firstly & secondly they just went out of their way to help me in what was a really stressful episode as needed the phone for work above anything else. Just to say a massive thank you to you all.

I have used credit union for a few years now and its perfect for Christmas and well you're paying the loan back you're also saving at the same time you can withdraw once you've paid you're loan off and the staff have always been so friendly and helpful thank you credit union

I have been a member of the credit union for over 10 years. It is the perfect way to save regularly and when borrowing, the rates are competitive and the process is so easy. One simple form online, submit a bank statement and your money is in the bank within 2 days!! I have recommended all of my family and friends. The staff are all very helpful, much quicker and less stressful in comparison to the bank. 💯
