Excellent service and have personal touch
I have been with ccu for many year's now. When I was in financial trouble and needed help I had a previously rejected loan accepted by the board on review. They recognised this would get me back on my feet and I wasn't just a number. Excellent credit union who listen and help, great services.

Been with the Cardiff and vale credit union over 20 years , always a pleasure to deal with . Has helped me out a few times and my savings are safe ,secure and when I want to withdraw there is no problem

Trust pilot was so easy to do with them getting the bank details you needed to see to make a decision for the loan was so easy & quick to do & within 2 days the money was in my bank i give trust pilot 110% thank you

Always a pleasure to speak to the staff, fast and efficient service. I choose to use the credit union rather than any other lending institution as they hailed me when I really needed it. Top class as always and would highly recommend them.
