Do not purchase from this company products come from China and take over a month to deliver will never buy again still haven’t received items and probably wont

THIEVES DONT BUY FROM THEM. Didn't fit my ram then wanted me to pay to ship back to China even though there return policy states they'll provide a shipping label. Also they look used tons of scratches. Had to do a paypal dispute to get my money back and paypal says there investigating them due to high amounts of disputes.

Do not order from this company I made a mistake on my order and immediately requested they refund and they ignored the request, processed it anyway, shipped it and then responded that because it was processed already, they could not refund.

So I ordered the door sill lights it took them a weeks to ship been 3 weeks and still haven’t received, I believe they took so long to ship is they ask for tip I didn’t give one so they take there time shipping, I’ll never order from here again

The lights looked great when they worked for a month. I attempted to reach the service dept for assistance and received no response. I would have given it a zero.

Worst place to buy anything. They will send you something totally wrong then screw around for 2 months and never send you what you ordered.

Bought door protector lights. After the package was stuck in NY from China for over a week per 7/31 update, I contacted them on 8/9/2024 and they saw it was delayed and “escalated” the issue to the shipping department. A few days later on 8/13 the tracking updated that it was actually delivered on 8/2. I never received the product. Buyer beware.

Rip off. Do NOT buy anything from this company. I finally received my product (lighted coasters) and they appear used. There's scratches on the surface, a finger smudge, and damage/scratches to the port area. To return, I was given some address in China which I disputed since my purchase was listed as Moreno Valley, CA. Deceptive business practices in full force and effect with this company.

Last week I wrote a review about this company. At the time, I was unaware they were resolving an issue with their product. Today, I hereby withdraw my original review and state that they do their best to satisfy a customer. It was a pleasure doing business with this firm.

Expensive lesson to learn. I ordered these and they came in the amount of time I expected, not the time they said. First, yes, the magnetic lighted strips did magnetize, but it was too weak and every time I opened the door, it would fall off. Second, no matter what I did, the lights would never go on when the door opening. I had to put my finger over the sensor for them to work. Third, they needed to be charged so frequently, its not worth it. Save your money!

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. ONE OF MY SILLS STOPPED WORKING 2 DAYS AFTER THEIR 30 DAY WARRANTY AND THEY REFUSE TO REPLACE

The first time I bought from them they sent me the wrong item. After emailing 20 times back and forth they said it was too late to return so they sent me a 20% coupon. Then I placed another order and on the 2nd order they again sent me the wrong items. I emailed them only 3 times and on the 3rd time I said I'm returning them send me the return address. The return address is not the one listed on their website, its in China and when you go try and return it, the shipping costs as much as the items you bought so it's not even worth returning. I will never buy from this company again and I hope people are reading my comments because these people are a big scam!

I wish I would have read the reviews on this company before investing my money. I purchased items as gifts for the holidays. The package never arrived even tho their tracking number showed delivered. Their customer service advised me to contact my post office. However the tracking number they provided wasnt a legit tracking number for any delivery services in the united states so the post office, UPS or fedex couldn’t validate it shipped thru them so they couldn’t open an investigation. When I filed a complaint thru PayPal to try to get my money back, I got an email from the company asking me to retract my complaint since it has a negative impact on their status with PayPal. I sadly didn’t win my dispute so I am out the money. Don’t waste your time ordering their products. Their customer service doesn’t care to resolve any issues. They never even offered to try to resend it. They took my money and ran. Save yourself and your wallet.

I wish I could leave zero star I order door sill light it took almost a month to get half of my items. They sent me some that someone had use and sent back I didn’t get all my items and the want answer the phone or email.

Never received product. When I disputed with my credit card they gave my credit card phony USPS delivered info. I know this because I have USPS informed delivery AND I have a ring doorbell and there was no delivery on they day they claimed. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. I think this is mail fraud so I am also reporting it to USPIS.

Update: They responded with great detail to my credit card company when I placed a dispute and convince the cc company that I should not be credited. I looked at the products again and charged longer and found that my cup holders actually work! They don’t provide instructions so here goes … after you charge them, there is a green sticker on the back that must be pressed to turn them on and off! I then realized that the scratches can be removed by simply peeling the protective covering! The company still deserves a low score because they do not include INSTRUCTIONS!

Never received product. Customer service is horrible. They do not communicate. Still never got my money or product!

Cheap quality, only one would hold a charge and customer service is poor. Also took months to arrive. They won't let me return them as it's more than 30 days - but it's more than 30 days because of their lack of responses to my complaints about the product. I definitely sent my message within 30 days and probably 15 more. Please don't waste your money!

I purchased front and back door car door sill vehicle brand name lit plates for Christmas gifts. The Car Door Sill website makes you identify the vehicle year, Make, and Model to match the car with their products. Both of my vehicles were listed as a match. I ordered the door sills in early December and they were not delivered until 1/2/2024, so they missed Christmas, even though they advertised delivery before. The Door Sills lit up as advertised, but there was nothing in either of my vehicle door sills magnetic to stick the Door Sill plates to, front or back, even though my vehicles matched their product list as a fit. I contacted Car Door Sills to initiate their return process. It has now been a month and a half since contacting them via e-mail and they keep sending me the same scripted replies each time I respond. You cannot call them either. Their website states that they will provide shipping labels for the refund returns once the items are approved by them for return. They did approve the returns, but wanted to give me a 20% refund or a 50% discount off other Car Door Sill products and I would have to pay for the shipping. By the way, they state they moved their business from California to China in their e-mail. I have responded back to them multiple times now via e-mail and have received the same scripted e-mail from them over and over. They apparently have no intention of refunding my full purchase amount of the return items as advertised. This company is practicing fraudulently and should be avoided if you like your money. Trustpilot will not allow me to post the Return Policy link or the e-mail address listed in their website return policy statement. This is what the website Returns and Refund Policy stated with the link and e-mail address removed when I tried to initiate the return process;
