Never received my bra and refused to give me the refund they promised via email, and still fighting them!

Shameful.... Do not order from this company
If I could rate a -0 it would still be too much. I placed an order for a size 32G, but it was more like a 28A .. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I am putting in a claim for a refund, but dont have much hope for a straight forward process judging by the other reviews. Luckily I paid by credit card so hopefully I'll get some type of refund

I bought 6x I'm a 48D the band was fine the cup was an A at best ...can you say baby boobs!

All of the BAd reviews are correct... size is not what it is, return / refund is a joke, and it all goes to China!

Whoever made these bras has obviously never seen breasts. The bras looked good online. I bought because the larger band size looked like it would be supportive. I measured correctly from the size chart online and it fit underneath but not the cup. I am a 44F. I bought a 46F. On no planet will this fit anything bigger than a A cup. My breasts would not even fit inside the cups.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! The bras are worthless and so flimsy. I don't know what they used on the model, but it is nothing like it.
Then if you want to return them, it's another process of sending them to Vietnam for $20, which they end up saying the package is lost in the mail after leaving the U.S. It took me 2 months of constant emails for them to give me a portion back. I ended up losing $30.00 in this agrivating process.

I agree with what all the other bad reviews had to say, very poor material, cups have no support, no room under the arm, sure didn't see anyway that it would support the back, the material was too lightweight. I purchased for my elderly mother who is in a nursing home in another state and by the time that I tried to return them, I was told their policy was I had to return within 7 days. This is totally poor customer service and such a rip off. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT TO THROW YOUR MONEY AWAY. I didn't see this policy on the page when I purchased them, but was told that it was there, strange but somehow I cannot pull that up now isn't it?

This is not a bra that supports. It doesn't have a cup. It is closer to a nylon beginner bra for little girls with hooks. There is absolutely no benefit.

These bras are useless and a waste of money. There is no definition in the cups and inspite of the customer support insisting that I ordered the wrong size, the replacement fit worse. They are NOT for full breasted women. I am pouring out of the cups!
I have now wasted $50+.

Ordered a size 11 bra, supposed to fit 48D. Received a 5X with very small cups, only 36" long. Contacted customer service, obviously I
Received wrong size. Nope, they insist it is right size. But offer you back 70%of your money, minus shipping fees. Or send in product and maybe get refund in a few weeks. Also crappy, scratchy feeling material. Don't buy from here sir to poor quality and not likely to fit anyway.

I would advise not ordering anything from this company. The support bras I ordered didn't fit and had no cup definition -- definitely not what the picture of them looked like. Because I was beyond the 7-days allowed for returns, I was not eligible for a refund. (Who knew this when I placed the order.) I was offered a replacement, but it had to be exactly what was in the original order. This was of no use to me. So I'm out $50 and won't used this company again.

Awful fit, cheap material! Nothing like advertised. Tried to return, still waiting on response and now it’s past the timeframe to do anything about it. Total SCAM and ripoff. Whoever these people are, they should be in jail for fraud and theft.

This is a terrible bra! I followed fitting guide and is so uncomfortable, no support and fabric is scratchy. I was promised a 30% refund and I could “give the bras to a friend or donate them”…..I’ll be donating them to the trash can! I’ve become used to Amazon and being able to return items that don’t fit properly! This purchase was a trap and a scam. Do not fall for it!

What a piece of crap. Bra has 7 hook closures that close in the front - there is no way for this to fit correctly. And no woman is going to hook that many hooks in the front. I got fooled into buying this yet again from Instagram advertising. I've finally learned my lesson. Go to a bra fitter somewhere - anywhere - and don't waste your money here.

I totally agree with the reviews here. This is the most ridiculous bra I have ever bought. Not only does it not fit correctly but there is absolutely no support. I will never buy from this company again.

I would rate less. I have bought bras via mail for years with Macy's rarely had a problem. 7 days to wash and wear and return,never heard of! I will never order from a co. I don't know. They have made a bad name for others. I agree with other comments size so bad I wore for less than 2 hrs, it was off of me. Since I was past the 7 days. (10) they offered me 40 % off, then when I said no, they offered 60% off. When you can't bank on size or style, why give them any more of my money! Customer service not good not bad, just scripted.

Agree with LeAnn's review. Scam. Bra's are not the sizes they claim to be, must pay for returns and they make it as difficult as possible to return the item.

"1" as a rating is way too high. This is a scam and the poorest excuse for a bra I have ever seen. Don't go there!

Nothing like the pictures. Poor quality. They don't want to give you a refund, they just keep insisting they will give you 30%off it if you buy something else for 40% off.
