BE AWARE that return window is only 7 days - no exceptions - and customer pays shipping charges. There are 7 hooks on the 6” back of the bra. Impossible to put on without help, especially if you have arthritis or stiff joints. Finally, once on, breasts are pushed up almost to your chin - not attractive.

The bra I received looks nothing like the photo. It is of the poorest quality. I ordered the size according to their chart and it is too small. I am not overweight nor oversized bust. And it is the ugliest thing I have ever seen. SAVE YOUR MONEY! Don’t get scammed!

These bras do not provide support if you have a large bust. I ordered the 5X size and they gave no support. I was very disappointed. I also had to pay the return shipping. That was also disappointing.

It's awful 😖 really got ripped off. They should be ashamed to make sure a disappointing bra. The only thing that I like are the shoulder straps with the adjustable cnaps. I have heavy breasts and the steachable straps streach out and the clips slide.

They do not offer a refund for items that don’t fit. Wanted to offer 30% or replace. They don’t fit! They are cutting into my arm pit! They are a uniboob bra.

I prefer zero- I have always been a 38D this bra smushed me to a B. I ordered the correct size on their chart. Horrible customer service- I just wasted my money!

HORRIBLE COMPANY. Not what is shown and requires a PICTURE of why you are returning it because it's too small???? NO....I am not sending you a picture of me stuffed into a cheap bra that doesn't fit. They are CROOKS!

Terrible terrible company. Do not do business with this company unless you want to be ripped off! Their return policy is to offer you 30% of your money back or you can donate the unwearable bra to someone - their words written to me by Tiffany!

This is the worst company I have had to deal with. Tracking number states package was delivered at 5:44 am on a Sunday. No one works at our post office on Sundays. Called customer service and representative argued with me about the delivery. Asked for his name and was told it was Mark. Asked for his extension, and was told that there are no extensions since Mark is a pseudonym that they all use. Was told that he would get with his team and would get back with me in a few hours via email. I requested a full refund, and again he argued with me. I told "Mark" that they even had the address wrong, and once again, he argued with me telling me what my address was. Duh! I think I would know my own mailing address. When I talked to the post office, they told me that the package weighed only 6 ounces, for two bras? 6 ounces? The company address is from Lilburn, GA, but the package was mailed from Las Vegas, NV. This is a scam it seems. I will be contacting the BBB and reporting this company.

I placed an order with them last week. After placing my orders I read more reviews and read their return policy. I decided to cancel, and sent a cancellation request less then 30 minutes later. 5 day later they are still sending emails trying to convince me not to cancel my order. The last email I received was offering me a 20% discount. No I want the order canceled. I will be contacting my credit card company

These are the worst bras I have ever tried there is NO support as advertised. When I contacted customer service they said I could keep the bras and that they would send me a different size. I said I want my money refunded back to my credit card and have not heard back frim them. The company uses China to mass produce crappy products.

I received my order and not only do the bras not run true to US sizes, they are extremely hot! I now have 2 bras that I can not wear and can not return! Never would I recommend this company.

If they offered less than one star for these bras, I would certainly use that! 😒

I wanted to return these bras because they were not as advertised. The "CUPS" are nonexistent. With the help of the front seven hooks/eyes, all the bras did was smash my breasts against my chest like a bustier. No definition whatsoever - unlike what the models were wearing.

They wouldn't allow a return, but offered a replacement (one size larger) that they alleged would fit better. All I had to pay was $5.99 for shipping. When I received the larger size, I found that they fit similarly to the smaller ones (see description above). And the band wasn't snug enough... Too big. 🙄

Customer service was pretty decent, for all that they ultimately couldn't do anything but send me two more ill-fitting "bras" that I can't return. And charged me $5.99 for the privilege. I would definitely advise anyone against purchasing these bras unless they are very small-chested.

This bra looks nothing like the ad. It fits likes a corset - flimsy with tiny cups. Horribly uncomfortable and I'm not eligible for a refund. BUYER BEWARE!

Carla Charm bras looked exactly what I was looking for in a support bra. Upon arrival, they were nothing what I thought I was purchasing. There was no support and cup sizes way smaller than normal. Unfortunately, I tried returning the 3 bras for a refund but I was told I was too late to return. I was trying to return 9 days after receipt and I was told their return policy was 7 days.

Very, very poor customer service from Shophelp, the customer service company for Carla Charm, in helping me resolve product problems. Never again will I purchase or recommend Carla Charm products.

Hi. I ordered 2 bras. Great advertising. They were late coming. They were very thin and flimsy and they had no support at all. Front closing kind of buckled up some. I emailed back and asked for a return label. You have to go to the postoffice and get postal recipes and mail them or take pictures of them and of course mail the bras back. I certified the mail, because now I was afraid they would say, they never received them . The bras were $ 47.96. They gave me $ 40.96 back, but return was $ 9.25 and they kept $ 6.99. So in all the cost was $ 16.24. It's actually theft or very misleading. Lizz was the rep. I would be embarrassed to work for them .
