Bought an mg sales team quite helpful so I thought I asked on test drive if vehicle had the ismart connection and 360 cams and was told it had everything after trying to connect to car it wouldn't connect and couldn't find the cams anywhere tried reaching out but they didn't know how to connect it since found out that the car doesn't have either of these looking at having to change car now to one that has this costing me thousands......great eh

We spotted a car that we liked online and went to the showroom to have a look at it in person. Adam M. was great - he was able to take us on a test drive immediately (where he made sure we both got to drive) and patiently explained all of the finer details when it came time to buy. We'd definitely recommend Carlingo as a great place to buy a car.

Very professional company who sell decent clean cars

This is the 3rd car my family has bought from Carlingo. We would not buy a car from anywhere else. No pressure when looking round the showroom. Helpful and knowledgeable staff if we did ask for help. 5 star service every time.

Fantastic experience with Carlingo Harrogate. Amy Farmer looked after me from start to finish and did a fantastic job. I had a higher value car to trade in, so I was taking a car and receiving cash back as well, but all the steps were explained very clearly and I was fully informed throughout. Nothing was too much trouble - the level of service was better than my last car purchase at a Mercedes main dealer, honestly! I would 100% recommend Carlingo Harrogate (and recommend you ask for Amy).

Stuart was great, really relaxed car buying experience. Didn't feel pushy or salesy like other garages we went to and were allowed to test drive a couple of cars to get a better understanding of what we wanted. Very happy and ended up with a very nice car!!

Overall pleased with things initially but after having a good inspection of the car at home I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the vehicle. Inside I found a prescription for the previous owner and outside the windows have a green fungus or moss along the bottom seal. Have also discovered the air conditioning doesn’t work properly, something I would have expected to be checked before the car was released to me. Everything else seems okay but little things are important and I think finer details could certainly be done better.

I travelled from Birmingham to complete the purchase of a 2019 Skoda Octavia estate, which had 42,628 miles on the clock, and whose provenance included two previous owners, the last one being in Essex. Stuart was my first contact with the dealership, and he demonstrated competence, transparency and no guile in our first communications over the phone. When I arrived at the dealership I met Sam, who showed me the car and came with me on the test drive. Sam also demonstrated competence, defined as great professionalism and etiquette in dealing with me, alongside an in-depth knowledge and comprehension of the process in hand. Then I met with Joey, who finalised all the admin with me for handover of the car. Joey was also delightful in his conduct. As for the car, it is perfect and both my wife and I are unreserved in recommending Carlingo for their care of service and focus upon the provision of used cars with good provenance and ongoing good serviceability.

On handover I couldn’t properly check the car over and open the car doors fully to check properly as it was parked in between 2 cars so impossible.
When I arrived home, my husband commented on the general state of the car as it had stains spots on the passenger seat.
A couple of deep scratches where a seatbelt had been caught and not touched up.
The sales man had pointed out a paint defect next to the petrol cover which had been passed on. But wasn’t done on my pick up day
We noticed as well the bonnet liner was missing, that lines the under bonnet to protect the paintwork of the bonnet etc.
the car was dirty and not catered properly.
