Autotrader add to ownership in several days
I saw a car on line so called by phone. Politely told, after he made an enquiry, that the vehicle was available.
I visited the showroom again met by attentive helpful staff, who brought the car to the showroom,as it was on the far side of the car lot, and I have mobility issues.
Shown around the car by another team member, who the completed the order and took a deposit. Explained other products such as warranties and treatments available at additional cost. Arranged a completion date for the following week. Everything done without any pressure in a friendly and knowledgeable manner.
Collected the well prepared car again helpful polite and courteous staff.

Slaes experience when buying a used Ford Focus
The sales advisor, Josh, was great, courteous, and quickly understood what we were looking for. He showed us the relevant cars and helped us with the selection. The handover specialist, Amy, showed us the car, and how the basic controls worked. She also was efficient and courteous and explained everything to our satisfaction

Sales experience
Purchased my car here and had a great experience. Having visited several other car showrooms I found the staff here to be knowledgeable and friendly. Everyone on site happy was to help, there was no pushy sales just a relaxed atmosphere.

Car buying experience was very good
Great experience. I was very wary after having a previously less than good experience somewhere else. Very pleased with my car. In fact, all the cars on site looked good and well cared for.
The reception area where we waited was welcoming and clean as were the spotless coffee and toilet facilities, this shows the place operates to a high standard throughout the business. No hard sell, just friendly and efficient. We had more confidence when buying the car due to the transparency of Danny and his keenness to provide car history information, which was important to us.

This is car buying made easy. The site is immaculate and car was out ready for test drive. Very transparent on what is included and next stage. Picked car up which was valeted well. This company put a lot of franchised dealers to shame. Great company and staff.

Great all round experience of buying
Great all round experience of buying our new car. Staff left you alone to look around our chosen car but were on hand to answer questions and show us things if needed. Our trade in price was lower than expected, but haggled and got somewhere nearer, they say they don't drop prices on the purchase price, and didn't, but probs realised I was desperate for a great car😂. Good handover. All in all, recommended buying experience, thanks to Danny for making it.

Pressure free, friendly service
We'd seen the car we were interested in online, went for a look at it and a test drive. No pressured sales people, just a friendly atmosphere. Good test drive, Jimmy was able to answer any questions we had. Paperwork and extended warranty fully explained. Hand over day very smooth too, necessary paperwork done, the car was spotlessly presented. Anything we needed to ask , and even paired my phone for hands free. Highly recommended.
