Great Service from Mashal at the Penrith Store
We were served by Mashal at the Penrith store on several occasions over the past two weeks and she was attentive and helpful each time. Mashal rang around to other stores to secure the product we wanted and helped us to get the best price for the rugs we purchased. Thanks Mashal.

Zack was fantastic to deal with, so easy going and not pushy which was important to us!
Carpet Call had a great range to choose from and nothing was too much trouble for Zack.

Completely unsatisfactory experience
Completely unsatisfactory experience! Carpet Call West Gosford very keen and happy to assist us to commit to sale of Coretec Hybrid flooring. Installers would not proceed unless extra $1595 paid immediately for small area of levelling and sanding on top of the $9650 already paid in advance. We paid! Installation was a debacle, hundreds of marks left from a rubber mallet, little cleaning of floor and mess everywhere. Entry stairs poorly laid with noticeable “run” down one side. Once told of problems, Carpet Call West Gosford refused to come to inspect our floor (70+square metres) and continually said to just send emails and photos! After two months of phone calls, emails, store visits and Head Office involvement, two new installers came and using a special cleaner managed to remove marks. No help to re-lay stairs! Months of stress and still no answer!!!! Very disappointing, as Carpet Call’s founder is supposedly known and awarded for his customer first philosophy, seven-day service culture and un- wavering attention to detail that has certainly not been followed in this instance!!!

Do not use Carpet Call Auburn
Do not use Carpet Call Auburn. Danny and Sam engage in dodgy business practices. We agreed on a supply and install amount for hybrid floors and carpet. I paid the amount in full that we agreed on and then when the installer arrived, he pulled up the 50% of the old floor and then said you need to pay another $2700 to prepare the floor. We felt like we were held to ransom until it was agreed and paid. The amount was to be paid direct to the installer, also dodgy. The installer was getting angry at me and said this happens all the time. Then he did a terrible job and included scotia and silicone to cover the uneven edges. I asked him to fix it and he said that is how it is. I emailed head office over two weeks ago and no response. Do not use Carpet Call or Flooring Enterprise to install. If you look at other reviews. This seems to be common business practices.

Bought a runner for my stair case in September 2025
Bought a runner for my stair case in September last year, from the fortitude valley store.
Now February still not installed.
The experts in the trade alright.
The Queensland manager John is ducking and weaving.
To why I cannot understand.
He will not answer any messages or calls.
No option but to take the matter further.
These cowboys couldn’t train pigs to be dirty.

Absolutely fantastic experience
Absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish! The team at Carpet Call Preston were incredibly helpful when choosing the right carpet for our home — knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely focused on making sure we were happy with the selection.
Delivery was prompt and exactly as scheduled, which made the whole process stress-free. The installation team were professional, efficient, and took real care with the job. The finish is flawless, and the quality of workmanship really shows.
We couldn’t be happier with the result. The new carpet has completely transformed the space. Highly recommend for anyone looking for great service, smooth delivery, and top-quality installation!

This was my first time having carpet…
This was my first time having carpet layed following the death of my husband. I was very well looked after from the sales team who were supportive and understanding. We developed a trust and gave me the option of having split installations. This gave me the option to purchase a better-quality carpet from a deleted line. The carper layer did a great job and I am very pleased. Thank you

don't sign anything with this company very sneaky and deceitful,charged 10 square metres more than I needed and so did there installers for leveling my house,have had nothing but trouble to get my money back.
