Like others have said, I am surprised at the negative reviews. I have been using them for 3 shipments and they have all generally been good experiences. 2 of 3 arrived as scheduled and very well packaged. 1 arrived late due to carrier issues but has proven to be ok as well. I have lost 30 lbs so far and could not be happier as this product would not be available to me otherwise.

Casa Pharm has had my Tirzepitide script for 2 weeks and has not processed and shipped. This is poor and inexcusable to treat a customer this way. They also have been non-communitive with me and my online telemarketing vender. They were good for 6 months and then slowly went over the cliff. Don't recommend them as a pharmacy partner.

It’s a complete scam. Trim Rx and Casapharmarx. Only Indian scammers pickup the phone.

I went through Trinity Meds to received compound tirzepatide, I was paying for months for the real stuff through RO. The doctor approved and sent the order to Casa pharmacy on June 27th. Trinity Meds states that I will get my meds within 3-5 days of the pharmacy receiving the order. I thought for sure that I would have the medicine before I left on vacation on 16th of July and returning back on 19th of July. Well, I didnt, I went back and forth with Trinity Meds, and then when I should them the law Under the Federal Trade Commission Mail Order Rule, a company must ship your items within 30 days (or the time they promised). All of sudden, I get a noticed that my meds will arrive on 28th, then I get a notice that it will arrive on 27th of July. Right at the 30 day mark. I pray Casa Pharmacy is not just sending me a vial full of water. What have you guys been doing since June 27th? You had 4 days in June to fill and beginning and the middl part of July and now you did it real fast to meet the 30 day law mind you Trinity Meds states that I am suppose to get it by 3-5 days )business days) after June 27 when you guys got the order

I received my GPL one compound this week. I used one shot gained 2 pounds. The first week I took the shot. I feel hungry or than what I did when I was on trizapetide. I would not recommend going through this company for any medication at this point. I hope they send me a refund like I asked we’ll see horrible horrible. This shot will make you feel hungry like you’ve never ate in your life..

I received my GLP1 medication on a Thursday. When I opened the cooler, it was not cool at all. The one icepack was very warm to the touch. The package was not left out in the sun, btw. After opening, I immediately placed the medicine in the refrigerator.
The next day I called the pharmacy twice and had to leave a message...no one returned my call. I called again today (Tuesday) and spoke to someone who said that the phones had been down when I called before. I explained my concern and she said that it was ok for GLP1 medication to be in heat of up to 105 degrees for 5 days. I explained that I was uncomfortable taking it and she transferred me to a pharmacist. That person never picked up and I had an option to leave a message. I did not. I called back, twice before getting someone else on the line. I explained again my concerns. She told me the same thing about the heat.
So now I am out of the money I spent and do not have my GLP1 medication. I am extremely upset.

I went thru Bodybuilding Health to order tirzepatide. When I received the compound from Casapharmx I was skeptical after 2 weeks and no weight loss then after 7 weeks of no weight loss and countless attempts to get hold of Bodybuilding Health with only script replies back with no attempt from them to personally contact me. I have now finally resorted with my 3rd complaint to their customer support and also reported them on Trust Pilot as an unresponsive company. I am now waiting for a response and refund as I am unhappy with the compound and customer service.

The product was not cold when it arrived from the pharmacy it was at room temperature. The ice packs were not even over the medication they were rolling around in the ice chest. You try to call this pharmacy and all you get is a busy signal no matter what time of day.

I went through Trinity Meds (1st mistake). The prescription was signed off by a Dr. Ana Lisa Car. Casa Pharma Rx filled it. The Dr. Signed off on Tirzepatide, but when I looked at the order, this so called pharmacy was shipping semiglutide b 6. I immediately contacted them and said this was wrong and not to ship it. There was a difference of $150.00 between what i ordered and what the sent. Well, they acknowledged that and refunded $115.00 claiming there was a $35.00 Dr. Fee. That was not ever disclosed and in fact they were adamant there were no hidden fees. So I got a hold of the payment company and sent them screen shots of what was ordered and what was shipped. So they are taking them on on their end. Well, they shipped the wrong medication anyway by UPS. That shipment was delayed on route by severe weather. So, I received the wrong meds on 6/29/2026. They were shipped on 6/26/2026. Where I live we have 98 degree temperatures with heat index in the triple digits. The cold packs weren't cold and we're completely melted. Then I got only 1 mini vial of this wrong medication. Only one for 3 months. This company is shameless and is complicit in fraud and deceptive practices. I have filed reports with the Texas Attorney General the FDA and CFPB. They have to be closed down. They knew the day before they shipped it, it was not the right medication and they acknowledged that by refunding a portion of the money. There are other companies who use this pharmacy as well. I would check them out before I placed an order.

Meds received on time and were properly packed for shipment. I’ve lost 16 pounds in 3 months. I did pay for 6 months and TrimRX stated it was normal to receive in two shipments. However, I haven’t been able to get TrimRX to respond for my next shipment.

I received an incorrect medication shipment. My order was for one bottle of Tirzepatide (B12) 15mg and one bottle of NAD+, but I received two bottles of NAD+. Furthermore, the NAD+ bottle was in a bag labeled as Tirzepatide, complete with corresponding instructions. This discrepancy raises concerns about the contents of the bottles. When I contacted the pharmacy to address this error in medication and labeling, they advised me to consult my physician. However, my physician accurately prescribed the medications, indicating that the pharmacy incorrectly filled the prescriptions and mislabeled the packaging. This situation leads me to question the accuracy of the contents within the bottles.

I’m genuinely shocked at the poor reviews. I’ve been getting tirzepatide from CasaPharma through Starfish since Dec ‘25. It’s June ‘26 now and Im down 36 pounds, on just 5 mg p/week. It’s a miracle drug. The CasaPharma orders arrive so well packaged, with ample needles and swabs. I couldn’t recommend them more highly. In fact, the reason I’m here on Trust Pilot is to research the compounding pharmacies used by Starfish competitors, bc I didn’t realize Starfish prices are double of many competitors. Im hoping to find a telehealth provider with good rates who uses CasaPharma, and can practice in WA state where I live.

I have been on compounded tirzepatide before through another company and had great weight loss success. I feel nothing with this injection and have had no reduction in appetite. I don’t trust this pharmacy.

I ordered Tirzepatide/B12, 2.5mg, through MEDVi in mid-February. I lost 7 lbs the first month, which was great! Stayed at the 2.5mg level the following month and lost nothing. Moved up to 5mg the third month, and again lost nothing. I'm now on the 7.5mg and already lost 2 lbs in the first week at this dosage, so I'm hopeful. From my research, plateaus are normal at the lower doses. As for Casapharma, the medication has arrived within a day of shipping and ontime overall. The medication comes sealed in a styrofoam box with an ice pack and so far it has arrived still cold. I have experienced notable fatigue and feeling really bad the first week of each dose increase. The symptoms ease after I acclimate to it. I've been tempted to switch to Ro because they carry the name brand medication, because the online information about compounded GLP-1s is pretty negative.

I received my prescription. The first week noticed nothing really however the second week has been much better. The only problem I have is my fault. I can’t interpret the metric system very well, and was under-medicated the first week. I am concerned about all the negative reviews regarding Casapharma. I don’t think they are a scam. They have a DEA number, but still concerned.

I received a link for a discount for Tirzepatide/Cyanocobalamin (B12) product on Sunlight.com. I ordered it for $169 for a 1 month trial. They immediately charged my CC for $268 even thought the marketing said it would not be charged until it shipped. They said 1-2 day shipping. I called immediately called since now I was suspicious, left a VM. I sent mulitple emails to the support dept and to the Text conversation I was having with their AI BOT. Got the run around. Never able to speak to anyone. I gave up. The product arrived a week later and I started the medication the next morning. I have been taking it for 3 weeks now nothing is happening, no effect on food cravings, alcohol did not effect how I feel. I am so disappointed in this scam. Why can't these people be held accountable. I looked for a Compounding pharmacy for sterile products in my area and got some good education from a pharmacist. No help for product though. I feel lost and have to start over now. Good Luck to you. DO MORE RESEARCH. Sunlight is not the answer.

I purchased compounded semaglutide 2.5mg from Orderly Meds and it was filled by Casa Pharma Rx. The meds was horrible. I had no appetite suppression at all. Food noise was horrible. And Immediately I noticed I was breaking out with acne on my face, neck, upper back and chest. I was previous on Sema with a different place & pharmacy and did very well with absolutely no issues at all. I took 3 shots total and the acne was so bad I had to go to my family dr where they tested my B12 levels and we found out I had 4x the normal amount of B12 in my system. Mind you this was all from 3 weekly shots of Sema with B12 2.5mg. It was like there was no Sema in it at all and it was all B12. I had to Immediately stop using the medication. Orderly was of no help at all. I was told it was probably a bad batch! I wasted my money on 2 months worth of meds from this pharmacy. Im 43 years old and never in my life had acne like this. 2 months later I am still waiting for the B12 to leave my system completely and for the acne to go away. Orderly didnt care at all. They did nothing to try to resolve the issue. No new meds or refund. I would not recommend that company or this pharmacy. I wish this review would allow pics so I could show you how bad the acne was and is. Ive spent tons of money on acne products as well. Smh.

I placed an order with Orderly Meds and I was informed they use Casa pharmacy. I am totally gutted to see so many bad reviews due to the pharmacy. Its unfortunate because this medication is not cheap. I am hope full that I can come back with some positive reviews.

I started using the compounded tirzepatide from Casa Pharma over two weeks ago and I feel like l have been scammed. I am constantly wanting to eat and have gained 6 lbs. Prior to this I had been taking the name brand Mounjaro and had lost over 38 lbs, it kept my sugar levels in the correct range and I did not need to take any other meds to keep them down. Since I have been on this compound my surgar levels are up and I need to go back on my other meds. I tried handling this through TrimRX and they were absolutely awful and did not want to help me at all. I truly feel that you sent me some red liquid and it has had no effect on me and especially my appetite. I will be reporting both of these companys to the Attorney Generals of their prospective states for fraud. This is my RX#91819869 - so you can't say that you have no record of my purchase. You should be ashamed of sending people fake meds, especially when they need them to stay healthy.
