NT Luxury sent me a wrong phone case…

NT Luxury sent me a wrong phone case that I requested. It took forever to arrive. What I got was a very cheap plastic phone case with LV sign on it. When I contacted them they said that it was what I requested which was wrong. Finally, customer service told me to send it back to them which I did and paid for Now they are playing games and they don’t want to send me the right phone case or refund me.

Excellent quality …

I ordered a purse and an iPhone case and watch strap! Quality is excellent and my delivery was not too bad! I have read some reviews and thought it might take a bit longer than usual! However arrived after 2 1/2 weeks and the products are fantastic quality! So far all have been perfect!

This site is a fraud! No item was delivered to me but the tracking information says delivered successfully. That’s a big LIE! Sending emails couple of times hoping to get an answers unfortunately this company completely ignore me and no response at all. This is frustrating! I need to get my money back please!!!

Ordered an iphone case. 4 weeks later i received, my phone does not fit in it, no iphone would fit in it, the quality is shabby, lots of threads loose and looks nothing like the picture. I have contacted Casefully by email over 10 times to request a refund and no response. I really wish i had read the reviews on here before ordering. before you come back saying have i got the right email address, yes i have, i have checked, you just chose to take peoples money and send rubbish and then ignore them,

Please could you:

Send us an email directly to: contact@casefully.com with your order number
Check that you're using the correct email address
Check your sent folder to confirm the emails went through
If possible, try sending from a different email address in case there's a spam filter issue

As soon as we receive your email, we will process your full refund immediately and arrange return at no cost to you. We truly want to make this right.
Again, we're very sorry for this experience and we're ready to resolve it as soon as we hear from you.

Do not order. Fraud. I ordered they sent some crap case that doesn’t even fit an iPhone, disgusting quality, marks all over it and nothing like the photos. Refuse to give me a refund and now ignoring all emails.
