This company is a fraud. They take your money and don’t send the product. They don’t respond to any inquiries and I will be complaining to Shopify for doing business with these scammers.

Thought I was SCAMMED but not so

Thought I was SCAMMED but not so
I ordered a case. It took (4) weeks to be delivered. I actually wrote a review saying I was scammed. That is actually what I thought. However my item was delivered yesterday. I was shocked at the quality which is very good. Let’s see how it holds up. For now it looks nice and is made well. So I must retract my earlier review.

Company is a total rip off!!

Absolute Joke! I have been waiting 2 weeks and still not received my purchase!

I finally received a postage notification saying I have to pay 30AED plus 5% VAT on top of my purchase of 146.72AED, for it to be delivered to my address?!…

My experience with this company has been a HUGE disappointment and total rip off!!

Horrible customer service

I would give a no star rating if I could. I have emailed many times to all the email addresses I could find. I still have not received my order. The shipping Company says they sent my item back to Casefully. I have tried to use the chat, no response. Responded to the email from my order confirmation. No response. there is no phone number to call. This has been going on for almost a month. I would like a replacement sent. That is what I expect and what I deserve.

I’ve reached out to customer service over ten times about the broken case and poor quality of their products. Absolutely no response to any of my emails. They have not responded to any methods of communication. Do not purchase from this seller.

SCAM! All of the reviews arent wrong

Scam as stated by all of the other reviewers. If you read their return policy its literally gibberish and they've got it posted on their site. I got the email saying my order was processed and there's the useless order and tracking number. Item shows that it is processing… for over two months now. Many, many emails sent both through their “contact us” on their web page as well as their bogus email that gets rejected if you try to reply to it or contact them through the link that they provide in the email. They have it as casesfuly, so I also sent to casefully. Hoping someone would have sent the product, any product at this point but no product, no response. Scammed and feeling stupid!!!

HORRIBLE Customer Service! All I want to do is a simple exchange...They sent the wrong size case! All of my emails bounce and I cannot get a hold of anyone! I am beyond angry!!! They need to get a hold of all of these people who are complaining about them or go out of business! Ridiculous!!

casefully.com is a scam site

my husband bought me a phone case for my birthday. I simply want to exchange it. we have done everything their refund policy says to do, however they have NEVER responded and now they are declining the email. Use another site. Casefully.com is terrible.
