As our cases are made to order and shipped internationally, replacement shipments follow the same delivery process, which can unfortunately extend the total timeframe. As outlined in our policy, shipping costs are non-refundable, as the order was produced and shipped as requested. This applies even when an issue is identified with the item, since the shipping service has already been completed.

Hi KD,

We’re sorry to hear you were unhappy with your experience. After reviewing your order, the case you received matches the model selected at checkout. Ordering the incorrect size doesn’t mean we made a mistake, and in these cases, our return policy requires return shipping to be covered by the customer.

That said, we always try to be fair — which is why our team offered both a discounted reorder option and the choice of a partial refund instead of a full return. If the item had been faulty or if an error had occurred on our end, we would’ve happily replaced it at no cost.

We appreciate your feedback, and we’ll continue working to make our process and options as clear as possible for all customers.
