Quick delivery, great communication, but not as well packaged as it could be to protect from the delivery service.

Fast delivery and great price. My only complaint about Cassart is that often their most popular products are out of stock, with no indication of if or when they will be restocked.

There was great customer service from the staff at the shop who helped me locate my order and were in general very nice, helpful and knowledgeable in art. The price of the products is also cheaper than i’ve found in other stores and with the many sales they have, it makes it a better deal to buy at Cassarts as opposed to other stores.

There is always a good range and someone to help if you need advice.

I was disappointed by my experience.

I cancelled my subscription before the free gift arrived. When the company first contacted me, I explained that I am disabled and simply needed a little time to get to the Post Office to return the item.

Despite explaining my circumstances, I received another telephone call chasing me for its return. I found this stressful and would have much preferred to be contacted by email or letter instead of repeated phone calls.

A little more understanding and flexibility for disabled customers would have made a big difference to my experience.

I hope the company will consider offering written communication as an option for customers who need reasonable adjustments.

Ordered a box set of graphic markers online and the item was delivered to my nearest store (I don’t trust couriers for home delivery). Turnaround time was rapid and the overall experience was exemplary. This will not be my last order with Cass Art.
