Easy purchase once age verification

No problems at all. Just what is needed from an online store - although visiting a real thing is much more fun.

This survey was a bit repetitive (asking me to rate five different tubes of paint). I hope you are not paying Trustpilot for the feedback. I do recommend Cass Art. Is Trustpilot a good use of marketing budget. I would have thought your brand was stronger without it!

This company sells quality products at very competitive prices. In the shops the staff are knowledgable and helpful. Online ordering is easy, straightforward and delivery is prompt

Prices are reasonable and they stock a decent range. Online service is good but the real pleasure is in visiting my local store as the staff are so friendly and helpful. My only criticism is that I wish that the website had a means of finding out whether or not an item is currently in stock at the store. I'd rather not phone and hassle the staff but as the store is nearly an hour's journey from my home, it's good to know in advance that my trip is going to be worthwhile. I don't always want enough stuff to enable the Click and Collect option (which, come to think of it, could be a bit cheaper or indeed free for smaller orders).

I can purchase items from cass art through my membership of saa. Since cass art has taken over finding supplies previously easy to access, has been difficult. Too often they do not have what we want e.g a roll for storage of coloured pencils, schminke watercolour full pans, empty full pan containers, frisk tracedown, certain Claire fontaine pastelmat pads. It is also difficult to see the extra discount we would get as an saa member. Unlike saa orders where if something wasn't available we could place a forward order and be updated on supply , not the case with cass art. Their on line site is clunky to say the least. Lastly prices are not always competitive despite what they say. E.g Pitt pastel whit pencil 2.75 with cass art 2.30 with Jacksons. Yes you can ask them to match the price but the process is convoluted and doesn't sit with their online order system. Lastly an online system is fine but doesn't help an art club who has no wi fi in their meeting venue and members who would like to browse a catalogue. Maybe a bit old fashioned but trying to browse on line and compare products doesn't suit all of our older mbers. I could add more but I think that is enough to go on with

These products are great quality. If you are looking for a gift for an arty friend, I really recommend them. They are much more enjoyable to use and better value than 'kids art supplies'. Easy to search for items and delivery is swift and efficient.

Easy check out. It would be perfect to give the option to buy with Klarna or credit card instalments as there are plenty of expensive products for which would help a lot to have the instalments option

Always preferable to visit a store in my opinion but I also shop online which is very easy. I do prefer a store visit for the personal touch and no postage. Also the staff are always willing to help with advice even if it’s just to find where something is in the store.

Product, offers, packing, delivery, communication all brilliant. I personally find the website a little bit tricky to navigate, too much mixing up in the products.
